Abstract

688,161. Spray-producers. ECLIPSE SPRAYING CO., Ltd. Dec. 12, 1951 [Dec. 13, 1950], No. 30384/50. Class 69 (iii). A spray nozzle comprises a metal body 11 in which is mounted an insert 14, which may be cylindrical, provided with an axial passage 15 leading to a V-section groove extending across the front face of the insert. The nozzle is mounted on a barrel 17 by a nut 18, and a filter 22 is provided. In a further embodiment the insert has a flange at its inner end which engages a shoulder in the metal body.
