[Also in Group XVII] Furniture parts are connected by complementary dovetail members 96, 98 separately attached, one of the members being mounted in a recess 100 in the component to which it is attached, the recess being of sufficient length to permit entry of the other member which is then engaged by endwise movement. The joint may be secured by a metal screw passing into an inserted bush 5.
