Abstract

519,993. Lamp-holders. WOOLDRIDGE, H. Oct. 10, 1938, No. 29262. [Class 38 (i)] [Also in Group XI] A battery lamp is furnished with a fuse 11 mounted in spring clips 10, 12 above the plate 1 that carries the lamp-holder 2. The clips are formed by two plates each having two arms, one plate connected by a stud 8 to the lampholder contact and the other by a stud 13 to a contact below the plate 1. The exposed portion of the fusible element at one end of the fuse makes contact with the arm 12 and at the other end of the fuse with the arm 10. According to the Provisional Specification a single hookshaped clip can be used at each end of the fuse.
