Abstract

481,787. Bottles etc.; packing &c. VEREINIGTE LAUSITZER GLASWERKE AKT.-GES. May 13, 1937, No. 13580. Convention date, May 29, 1936. [Classes 94 (i) and 125 (i)] A composite bottle comprises separate bottles 1, 2, 3, 4, Fig. 1, arranged on top of one another each provided with a neck 6 and each having a recess 5 to receive the neck of the bottle below. The bottom of each bottle has a flat surface surrounding the recess 5 and resting on a corresponding flat on the next bottle. A raised part 11 further registers the bottles in position. The top bottle may have a different neck 10 and the bottom bottle need not have a recess 5. The bottles may be of the same or different heights and may vary in colour. The bottles may be held together for transport by a metal or fabric strap 13, Fig. 3. The free ends of the strap may be held together as by press buttons. In a modification, the bottles may be of different cross section.
