[Class 73] In a method of manufacturing reinforced labels, wherein two opposite strips of labels are manufactured in the same ribbon, a reinforcing ribbon or ribbons 3 are stuck directly and completely on the central portion of the label ribbon 1, the perforations 2 are made, and the labels are then cut out in sine formation along the line 4, and along the parallel lines 5. Reinforcing ribbons 6 may also be stuck on the extreme edges of the label ribbon before the labels are cut out.
