[Class 141.] The waistband of trousers and like garments is provided with an elastic band 1 enclosed therein, and emerging through slots 4 for selective engagement with buttons 5 or other fastenings on the interior of the waistband. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 312,005 and 330,771, [both in Class 141].
