393,259. Nonconducting coverings for heat. SOC. BELGE DU CAOUTCHOUC MOUSSE, 428, ChaussÚe de Gand, Berchem- Ste-Agathe, Belgium. Aug. 28, 1931, No. 24283. Convention date, July 20. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 64 (ii).] Cellular rubber such as described in Specification 367,811, [Group V], is used alone, or with other substances, for heat-insulating purposes. The rubber may be applied in one or more layers moulded in cylindrical or semi-cylindrical form 1, 2 ; or spiral winding of the layer may be used; or the rubber may be moulded in situ to fit the article. The covering may be secured and the joints filled with a material susceptible to vulcanizing.
