Abstract
A mixture of tin oxide and indium oxide is evaporated and the mixture is deposited on the plastics carrier. The proportion of tin oxide is 20 to 30 mol% and the proportion of indium oxide is 70 to 80 mol%, the mixture being deposited on the carrier 1 at room temperature. The proportion of indium oxide is preferably 75 mol% and that of tin oxide 25 mol%. The coated sheet does not accumulate electrical charge.
