1413049 Cheese DE DANSKE SUKKERFABRIKKER AS 19 March 1974 [20 March 1973] 13335/73 Heading A2B In the manufacture of cheese, there are added to the milk used in the cheese making process coagulated proteins obtained by subjecting whey from a cheese making process to ultrafiltration to give a concentrate having a dry matter content of 16 wt. % or higher, and heating the concentrate to 75-95‹C to coagulate the proteins.
