1385987 Mixing apparatus S CULLEY and E C COLLINUCCI 21 July 1972 [13 Aug 1971] 34174/72 Heading B1C [Also in Division F2] A coupling for supplying liquid to and withdrawing it from a rotating mixing container has a stationary body 2, 3, 4 with an inclined passage 6 supplying an inlet tube 7 fast to and rotating with the container and journalled in anti-friction bushes 10 10'. The container is discharged through a coaxial stationary tube 15 which dips into the liquid in the container (see Fig. 1, not shown). The device is accessible for maintenance by removal of the member 2.
