Abstract

1380573 Endless conveyers CONVEYORS (YORKSHIRE) Ltd 12 April 1972 [8 March 1971] 6258/71 Heading B8A The load-carrying run of a conveyer belt is supported on a skid base 11 approximately semi-circular in cross-section, the base being provided with cut-outs 12 to which air under pressure is supplied to reduce frictional drag between the belt and the base. Guide surfaces 10 locate the belt laterally and prevent spillage. Additional guides 15 may be provided.
