1343800 Articles assembled in strip form R BRESCHINSKY 25 Nov 1971 [2 Dec 1970] 26040/73 Divided out of 1343799 Heading B8C [Also in Division F2] A fastening element strip 7 comprises fastening elements 8, as hereinafter defined, arranged parallel to each other, each successive element being displaced transversely of the strip with respect to a preceding element so that the strip has a step-like configuration. The term fastening element is defined as an element which requires a hole to be made in the workpiece into which the element is to be inserted, before the element can be inserted. The individual elements 8, which may be made of wood, plastics or metal, are connected together by strip or web portions 9, 10, the latter being joined to ridges encircling the leading end portion, of adjacent elements.
