Abstract

1308237 Imines RCA CORPORATION 26 May 1970 [2 June 1969] 25159/70 Heading C2C [Also in Divisions C4 and H4] The invention comprises compounds of the formula where RO is an alkoxy radical of 1-8 carbon atoms and OM is a branched chain acyloxy radical of 4-10 carbon atoms. The compounds are prepared by reacting a p-alkoxybenzylidenep<SP>1</SP>-aminophenol with a branched acyloxy acid anhydride in pyridine.
