[Also in Division H1] A chain of end-to-end, readily separable, identification sleeves 12, have adjacent ends of adjacent sleeves integrally connected by sections 13. The sleeves are formed by passing a flexible plastic tube between intermittently operating blades, so as to cut the tube in one section leaving the sleeves joined, in alignment, by sections 13. Adjacent ends may abut directly.
