Abstract

L’invention concerne une méthode et une installation de fabrication additive pour pouvoir produire des pièces ébauchées (26) aptes à être frittées. Elle comprend les étapes suivantes : a) on superpose une pluralité de couches de particules d’un matériau pulvérulent ; b) on imprime un liant sur chacune des couches de particules dudit matériau pulvérulent de manière à lier entre elles des particules destinées à former lesdites pièces ébauchées (26), tandis que les particules non liées s’agrègent autour des particules liées en formant ensemble un seul bloc stratifié (28) ; et, c) on sépare lesdites particules non liées et lesdites particules liées dudit seul bloc stratifié (28). A l’étape c) on porte ledit seul bloc stratifié (26) en appui sur une grille (38) et en on soumet ledit seul bloc stratifié (26) aux ondes ultrasonores pour pouvoir désagréger lesdites particules non liées.
