Robinet tireuse à bière pour le soutirage de boissons, ledit robinet tireuse à bière (1) comprenant un accouplement (3) pour pouvoir raccorder le robinet tireuse à bière (1) à une alimentation de boisson et un ajutage de robinet (2) pour l'évacuation de la boisson, une conduite pour boissons (6) venant s'insérer entre l'ajutage de robinet (2) et l'accouplement (3) ; dans lequel le robinet tireuse à bière (1) est en outre muni d'un clapet (7) qui permet de fermer la conduite pour boissons (6) ; dans lequel le robinet tireuse à bière (1) est en outre muni d'une manette (4) ou d'une poignée pour l'actionnement du robinet tireuse à bière (1), caractérisé en ce que, pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du clapet précité (7), il est fait usage d'un servomoteur (12).
