Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de verre laqué comprenant - le dépôt, sur une face d'une feuille de verre (1), d'une couche (5) d'une composition liquide (3) contenant un liant organique durcissable et des particules magnétisables dispersées dans le liant organique, - la création d'un champ magnétique à proximité immédiate de la couche de composition liquide de manière à orienter et/ou déplacer les particules magnétisables et créer ainsi un motif visible, et le durcissement du liant organique, les trois étapes étant mises en œuvre pendant que la feuille de verre est transportée au moyen d'un convoyeur successivement devant un dispositif de dépôt d'une composition liquide (4), un dispositif de création d'un champ magnétique (9), et un dispositif de durcissement du liant organique (11), le procédé étant caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de création d'un champ magnétique (9) est un rouleau (6) en rotation autour de son axe, entraîné par un moteur à une vitesse pouvant être réglée indépendamment de la vitesse de transport de la feuille de verre, ledit rouleau étant fixé au-dessus de la feuille de verre (1) de manière à faire face à la couche (5) de composition liquide et comportant, à sa surface, un ou plusieurs éléments magnétiques (7).
