Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Utilisation d’une ou plusieurs amines grasses solubles dans une composition lubrifiante pour passive! tout ou partie de la surface de pièces métalliques d’un moteur, de préférence d’un moteur marin, et prévenir et/ou réduire les pertes métalliques desdites pièces métalliques, l’amine grasse est de formule (I) : Ri-[(NR2)-R3]rt*NR4R5, dans laquelle, • Rj représente un groupement hydrocarboné saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, • R2, R4 ou R5 représente indépendamment, un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement hydrocarboné saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, et comprenant optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, • R3 représente un groupement hydrocarboné saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant un ou plusieurs atome(s) de carbone, et comprenant optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, de préférence l’oxygène, • n est un entier supérieur ou égal à 1, de préférence compris entre 1 et 10, plus préférentiellement entre 1 et 6, encore plus préférentiellement est choisi parmi 1,2 ou 3.
- 2, Utilisation selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle : • Ri représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 12 à 22 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 14 à 22 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, et/ou • R2> R4 ou R5 représente indépendamment, un atome d’hydrogène ; un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant entre 1 et 22 atomes de carbone, préférentiellement entre 14 et 22 atomes de carbone, plus préférentiellement entre 16 et 22 atomes de carbone ; ou un groupement (R$-O)p-H dans lequel est un groupement alkyle saturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant au moins 2 atomes de carbone, de préférence entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone, plus préférentiellement entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone et p représente un entier supérieur ou égal à 1, de préférence compris entre 1 et 6, plus préférentiellement compris entre 1 et 4, et/ou * Rj représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone, de préférence entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone.

Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle : • n est égal à l, 2 ou 3, • Rt représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 12 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 14 à 20 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, • R2 représente indépendamment un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle saturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, préférentiellement de 16 à 20 atomes de carbone, plus préférentiellement de 16 à 18 atomes de carbone, • Rj représente un groupement alkyle saturé et linéaire, comprenant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone, de préférence entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone, • R4 et R5 représentent un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement méthyle, de préférence un atome d’hydrogène.

Utilisation selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle : • n est égal à 3, • Ri représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 12 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 14 à 20 atomes de carbone, plus préférentiellement de 16 à 20 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi l’azote, le soufre ou l’oxygène, • Ra représente indépendamment un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle saturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 16 à 18 atomes de carbone, • R3 représente un groupement éthyle ou propyle, • Rt et Rj représentent un atome d’hydrogène.

Utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle : • n est égal à 1,2 ou 3, • Rj représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 14 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 16 à 20 atomes de carbone, • R2, R4 et Rs représente indépendamment un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement (Rg-O)p-H dans lequel R$ est un groupement alkyle saturé, linéaire, comprenant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone, plus préférentiellement entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone et p représentant un entier compris entre 1 et 6, plus préférentiellement compris entre 1 et 4, • R3 représente un groupement alkyle saturé et linéaire, comprenant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone, de préférence entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone.

Utilisation selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle : * n est égal à 3, * Ri représente un groupement alkyle saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, comprenant de 14 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 16 à 20 atomes de carbone, • R2, R4 et Rj représente indépendamment un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupement (Rî-O)p-H dans lequel Rg est un groupement alkyle saturé, linéaire, comprenant entre 2 et 4 atomes de carbone et p représentant un entier compris entre 1 et 4, • R3 représente un groupement éthyle ou propyle.
- 7. Utilisation selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l’amine grasse représente de 0,5 à 10%, de préférence de 0,5 à 8% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition lubrifiante,
- 8. Utilisation selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour prévenir et/ou réduire ies pertes métalliques des pièces dans un moteur marin, deux temps ou quatre temps lors de la combustion de tout type de fioul.
- 9. Utilisation selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour prévenir et/ou réduire les pertes métalliques des pièces dans les parties chaudes, notamment la zone SPC, d’un moteur marin, deux temps ou quatre temps, lors de la combustion de tout type de fioul.
- 10. Utilisation selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le fioul présente une teneur en soufre inférieure à 3,5% en poids par rapport au poids total du fioul.
