STATE OF THE ART For the manufacture of the sole of a sandal, it is well known to fix a flexible filling piece in a molded base having a bottom and two perpendicular vertical wings. Description of a preferred embodiment.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a leisure shoe 10 of the sandal type is composed of two superposed sub-assemblies, comprising a sole 12 at the bottom, and at the top a first 14 equipped with a fastening device. 16 for restraint at the foot of the user.

The sole 12 has a base 17 of molded plastic, in which is arranged a housing 18 for the insertion of a filling part 20 of complementary shape. The part 20 can be made of deformable foam, or any other flexible plastic material.

The lip 24 has on the inner side an enlarged central part 28 shaped according to a plantar arch.

Claims 1. Leisure shoe of the sandal type, composed: - of a sole (12) having a base (17) with a housing (18) for the insertion of a filling piece (20), - and of a first (14) equipped with a fastening device (16) for retaining the foot of the user, characterized in that the housing (18) of the sole (12) has a groove (21) having a section transverse in U, which is delimited by a peripheral lip (24) molded with the base (17), and having an upper face (24b) inclined inwards to serve as an anatomical support surface for the first (14) . 2. Leisure shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower face (24a) of the lip (24) extends parallel to the bottom (22) of the housing (18) inside said groove (21) . 3. Leisure shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the lip (24) is equipped with an external flange (26) projecting in a vertical upward direction, so as to ensure a centered positioning of the first ( 14) during bonding on said upper face (24b). 4.
