Abstract

A dosing device for the contents of fluid ingredients contained in collapsible tubes (T) is described. The device comprises a syringe (1) having transparent side walls bearing a scale (6). The syringe nozzle (5) is surrounded by a skirt (4) bearing an internal thread. In use the nozzle (5) is inserted into the tube (T) and skirt (4) engages the neck thread (B) of the tube to seal the joint. The product is forcibly evacuated into the syringe from the tube (T) and it is dispensed from it in the desired amount.
