Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polymère ou d'un copolymère d'une oléfine contenant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, et qui consiste à polymériser ou à copolymériser au moins une oléfine contenant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, ou à copolymériser l'oléfine avec jusqu'à 10 moles% d'éthylène et/ou d'une dioléfine, en présence d'un catalyseur composé de A une composition de titane solide contenant du magnésium et B un composé organométallique d'un métal des groupes I à III de la table périodique. Selon l'invention, la composition de titane solide A est un produit réactionnel formé en mettant en contact : - un composé de magnésium organique sans halogène ayant pour formule Mg(OR)n (OR')n-2) où R et R' sont identiques ou différents et où chacun represente un groupe alcoyle qui peut être substitué, ou un groupe aryle, qui peut être substitué et n est un nombre de 0 à 2, - un donneur d'électrons, et - un composé de titane halogéné, et à un rapport molaire halogène/titane d'au moins 6 et un rapport molaire donneur d'électrons/titane d'au moins 0,1. L'invention s'applique notamment à la préparation du polypropylène.The invention relates to a process for producing a polymer or copolymer of an olefin containing at least 3 carbon atoms, and comprising polymerizing or copolymerizing at least one olefin containing at least 3 carbon atoms, or copolymerizing the olefin with up to 10 mole% ethylene and / or a diolefin, in the presence of a catalyst composed of A a solid titanium composition containing magnesium and B an organometallic compound of a metal of groups I to III of the periodic table. The invention applies in particular to the preparation of polypropylene.
