Abstract
Dispositif d'élimination du bruit affectant le signal vidéo d'un réseau photosensible. Le réseau photosensible comporte les cellules photosensibles DP1 à DPn, les transistors de commutation de ces cellules, TC1 à TCn, et le registre à décalage SR1. La ligne vidéo VL1 transporte le signal vidéo lui-même affecté des signaux de bruit dus aux effets capacitifs des transistors TC1 à TCn. Une deuxième ligne vidéo VL2 est reliée à une deuxième configuration de transistors de commutation TC1' à TCn' qui restent toujours bloqués. La ligne VL2 reçoit des signaux de bruit qui sont identiques à ceux que reçoit la ligne VL1. Ces deux lignes vidéo attaquent un amplificateur différentiel dont la sortie délivre le signal vidéo exempt de bruit Utilisation dans les dispositifs de lecture optique.
