Abstract

The glycoproteins are prepared by solid or liquid culture of A. cloacae, lysis, successive extraction with two different organic solvents, recovery of the crude product, solution in water, and diafiltration on a calibrated membrane giving recovery of materials with mol. wt. 300000. They are very well tolerated.
