Abstract
Un procedimiento para la obtención de un preparado enzimatico útil para efectuar transformaciones químicas que, opcionalmente, comprende un soporte polimérico y que contiene un enzima unido a grupos no polares suficientes para que, al poner en contacto el preparado en un medio acuoso con un líquido inerte no miscible con agua y resulte con ello separable del medio acuoso, cuyo procedimiento consiste en : a) modificar, en su caso, el soporte polimérico y/o el enzima para incorporar el grupo no polar, y cuando sean necesario, el grupo formador de puente: b) poner en contacto un compuesto de formula R-X, donde R es un grupo no-polar y X es un grupo funcional o un material polimérico que contiene por lo menos un grupo funcional (y que, opcionalmente puede ser modificado según la etapa (a)), con un enzima unido a un grupo Y donde Y es un grupo activo capaz de reaccionar con X, o un material polimérico que contiene por lo menos un grupo activo capaz de reaccionar con X.
