Abstract

Object of the invention

Description of the invention

To solve the mentioned problem, it has been devised a pedal for mochos that defines, in the zone of union of the handle with the scrub head, a small platform that allows rest one foot on it and exert the force with that foot necessary to press the head against the hub grid and get a drain of it without the need to perform force with the hands, and that is also a more efficient drain than when the force is executed with those hands.

The pedal in question comprises an appendix lateral disposed in an area close to the union of the head with the handle and oriented in a direction substantially perpendicular to the geometric axis of said handle.

Said side appendix has a surface upper for the support of the foot with which the force will be exerted necessary for draining the mocho.

It is envisioned that the pedal in question can be defined either in the lower area of the handle or in the upper area of the head carrying the suede strips, of so that said pedal is, in the drained position of the mocho, at a suitable height so that it is easily accessible with one foot, and thus communicate to said lateral appendix a sufficient thrust, towards the lower zone, to get a drain satisfactory.

It is also planned that the pedal can present means for its assembly, in a fixed way or in a way mobile, either on the handle or on the head of any Mocho existing in the market.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In the aforementioned figure 1, the lateral appendix (3) is provided with a tubular configuration (32), perpendicular to the aforementioned side appendix (3) and of sufficient diameter to allow mounting on the handle (1) with the possibility of turning and free lateral displacement. This possibility of movement of the pedal with respect to the mocho allows, among other amenities:

In the exemplary embodiment shown in the Figure 3, the side appendix (3) of the pedal is defined in the head itself (2) forming part of it.

In the event that the head (2) is of a plastic material, which is frequent, is expected that the lateral appendix (3) may present a reinforcing inferior nerve (34) to prevent its deformation during its tread.

Pedal according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral appendix (3) has at one of its ends a plate or clamp (33) for its fixed mounting on the lower area of the handle (1) or on the upper area of the head (2). 4.
