Abstract

The invention relates to an atomization method which involves adding the drug solution to the excipient which should be insoluble in the dispersing medium and in the solvent of the drug solution and capable of absorbing the added drug solution solvent. Said excipient that is hydrated and charged with the drug is dispersed in one of the two following media: 1) a medium in which the drug is insoluble and immiscible with the drug solution solvent to prevent the drug from escaping into the dispersing medium 2) a medium not matching the above-mentioned characteristics but to which the hydrated excipient charged with the drug is added just before nebulization so that the drug has no time to escape.
