EL METODO MEJORA LOS PROCESOS CONVENCIONALES DE OBTENCION DE ACEITES VEGETALES A PARTIR DE SEMILLAS DE BAJO CONTENIDO GRASO (POR EJEMPLO HABA DE SOJA) Y DE ELEVADO CONTENIDO GRASO (ALMENDRA DE GIRASOL), POR APLICACION DE UN TRATAMIENTO ENZIMATICO AL HABA DE SOJA PREVIA Y SIMULTANEAMENTE AL PROCESO DE EXTRACCION CON DISOLVENTES, Y PREVIAMENTE AL PRENSADO DE LA ALMENDRA DE GIRASOL. DICHO TRATAMIENTO SE EFECTUA MEDIANTE COMPLEJOS ENZIMATICOS DE ACTIVIDAD MULTIPLE: CELULASA, HEMICELULASA, GLUCANASA Y PECTINASA Y PERMITE QUE EL ACEITE SE LIBERE MAS FACILMENTE, MEJORANDO LA RAPIDEZ DEL PROCESO Y AUMENTANDO LA CAPACIDAD DE PRODUCCION. LA HARINA RESIDUAL OBTENIDA TIENE UNA MAYOR DIGESTIBILIDAD CUANDO SE EMPLEA EN ALIMENTACION ANIMAL. LA MODIFICACION PROPUESTA PUEDE IMPLEMENTARSE SOBRE LA INSTALACION EXISTENTE SIN PROVOCAR CAMBIOS SUSTANCIALES EN EL CURSO DE LA OPERACION CONVENCIONAL.ENZYMATIC TREATMENT OF OIL SEEDS TO IMPROVE THE EXTRACTION OF OIL AND SIMULTANEOUSLY INCREASE THE NUTRITIONAL QUALITY OF FLOUR. THE METHOD IMPROVES THE CONVENTIONAL PROCESSES FOR OBTAINING VEGETABLE OILS FROM LOW FAT SEEDS (FOR EXAMPLE, BEAN SOYA) AND HIGH FAT CONTENT (SUNFLOWER ALMENDRA YAVAIMA). THE PROCESS OF EXTRACTION WITH SOLVENTS, AND PRIOR TO THE PRESSING OF THE SUNFLOWER ALMOND. SUCH TREATMENT IS PERFORMED BY ENZYMATIC COMPLEXES OF MULTIPLE ACTIVITY: CELLULASE, HEMICELLULASE, GLUCANASE AND PECTINASE AND ALLOWS THE OIL TO BE RELEASED MORE EASILY, IMPROVING THE RAPIDITY OF THE PROCESS AND INCREASING THE CAPACITY. THE RESIDUAL FLOUR OBTAINED HAS A HIGHER DIGESTIBILITY WHEN IT IS USED IN ANIMAL FEEDING. THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION MAY BE IMPLEMENTED ON THE EXISTING INSTALLATION WITHOUT CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES IN THE COURSE OF CONVENTIONAL OPERATION.
