LA PRESENTE INVENCION CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UN PRODUCTO DE NATURALEZA POLIPEPTIDICA CON ACTIVIDAD INHIBIDORA DE LA HIPERPRODUCCION DEL FACTOR DE NECROSIS TUMORAL, QUE SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE EN EL SE SOMETE A UN PREPARADO DE PEPSINA COMERCIAL A UNA SERIE DE PROCESOS DE DIALISIS CADA UNO DE ELLOS EN CONDICIONES DEFINIDAS DE TIEMPO, TEMPERATURA, VOLUMEN Y TIPO DE LIQUIDO DE DIALISIS, TRAS LA CUAL EL PRODUCTO SE DESECA POR LIOFILIZACION, OBTENIENDOSE UN PRODUCTO EN FORMA DE POLVO BLANCO HIGROSCOPICO, CARENTE DE LA ACTIVIDAD PROTEOLITICA INICIAL, NO TOXICO, Y QUE ADMINISTRADO POR VIA ORAL INHIBE LOS NIVELES DE TNF SERICOS INDUCIDOS POR LIPOPOLISACARIDO (LPS) Y POR LO TANTO, ES IDONEO PARA LA ELABORACION DE PREPARADOS FARMACEUTICOS PARA SU USO POR VIA ORAL EN SERES HUMANOS.
