Aparato para mejorar la combustión de un combustible, disminuyendo, en sus residuos, la proporción de elementos nocivos y de polución, por la introducción, en la cámara de combustión, de un agente catalítico en estado de vapor, caracterizado porque comprende un recipiente que con tiene el agente catalítico en estado líquido, un cuerpo poroso o capilar, unos medios que permiten impregnar dicho cuerpo con el agente catalítico líquido y unos medios que permiten arrastrar en estado de vapor, el agente catalítico adsorbido por dicho cuerpo por una corriente de gas, de manera que el agente catalítico, en estado del vapor, forme con dicho gas una mezcla sensiblemente homogénea.
