Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Eine zur Bearbeitung von Schienenverbindungen, hier zum Entfernen von Schweißgutüberständen bestimmte Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der WO 2011/059395 A1 bekannt. Die so definierte Schwenkachse befindet sich oberhalb des Schienenkopfes der Schienenverbindung. Der äußere Rahmen ist über Stützrollen am Schienenkopfbereich der einen der beiden Schienen eines Gleises abgestützt und entlang der Schienenverbindung bewegbar. In einer Ebene senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung der Schienenverbindung, und zwar entlang einer halbkreisförmigen, mit dem äußeren Rahmen in fester Verbindung stehenden Führung ist eine rotatorische Zustellbewegung des durch den inneren Rahmen getragenen Schleifwerkzeugs eingerichtet. Das Schleifwerkzeug ist ferner in Richtung auf das Schienenprofil hin zustellbar angeordnet, wobei sämtliche dieser Zustellbewegungen numerisch steuerbar sind. Weitere Zustellbewegungen sind nicht vorgesehen. Als nicht optimal ist bei dieser Vorrichtung das beispielhaft gezeigte zylindrische Schleifwerkzeug in Verbindung mit den offenbarten Zustellbewegungen anzusehen, so dass nicht immer eine an sich erwünschte größtmögliche Anlagefläche an dem zu bearbeitenden Schienenprofil darstellbar ist. Zur Darstellung einer stabilen Position der Vorrichtung während eines Bearbeitungsvorgangs ist ein vergleichsweise kompliziertes System von Stützrollen erforderlich, welche den Schienenkopf zum Teil untergreifen. Darüber hinaus ist eine weitere Zustellbewegung entlang bogenförmiger Schlitze in einer Horizontalebene eingerichtet. Die Zustellbewegungen sind durch Spindeltriebe gekennzeichnet und manuell bewirkbar. Zur Darstellung der ersten translatorischen Bewegung ist ein innerer, relativ zu dem äußeren Rahmen in Längsrichtung der Schienen verschiebbarer Rahmen vorgesehen, wobei zur Darstellung der zweiten translatorischen Bewegung ein Stützrahmen zwischen der rechten und der linken Seite der Vorrichtung verschiebbar ist, und zwar mit dem Ziel, eine beidseitige Bearbeitung der Schienen zu ermöglichen. Claims (3)

  1. Device for machining rails (2, 3), having an outer frame (7) which can be placed on both sides of the rails and in which a tool is held so that it can be advanced in the direction of the rails for the purpose of machining, the advancing movements being set up transversely to the longitudinal extent of the rails (2, 3) and comprise a first translatory movement in the axial direction of the tool towards the rail head, a second translatory movement in a horizontal plane transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rails and a rotatory movement about an axis (14) extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rails,
    wherein, to represent the second translatory movement, a frame-like support (6) is slidably mounted in the outer frame (7) transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rail,
    wherein, to represent the rotational movement, a tool carriage (13) carrying the tool is movable along two arcuate guides (8, 9) extending in mutually spaced parallel vertical planes and arranged on the carrier (6), thereby effecting a pivoting of the tool carriage (13) about the axis (14), wherein the tool carriage (13) comprises a drive for the representation of the first translatory movement, and wherein the carrier (6) is displaceable in the frame (7) by means of a drive (17) for the representation of the second translatory movement,
