Description

The invention relates to a shelf box according to the preamble of claim 1 and a shelf box system with a corresponding shelf box.

Shelf box systems are known from the prior art which are suitable, for example, for material storage, but also for use in service vehicles, and which have a shelf with removable boxes which can be pushed into the shelf and locked there. Such a shelf box system is the subject of DE 10 2004 005 362 B4 . The shelf box described there can be secured in two different positions, locking stops on the box interacting with corresponding locking lugs on a shelf-fixed rail.

A shelf-container system is also the subject of DE 10 2014 104 117 A1 . Here, the container has a groove on its underside, which has a width extending transversely to the direction of thrust, as a result of which the associated guide rail can be inserted into the groove on the shelf. In this way, boxes in vehicles can be secured against slipping or falling.

The GB 933 918 shows a shelf box system, consisting of individual boxes with upper and lower guide rails 14, which can be combined with the help of U-shaped locking bars to form an overall arrangement. This system is not particularly suitable for the mobile area, in particular no security against the boxes sliding out of the shelf.

The DE 198 48 711 A1 has the object of a shelf box with two locking stops arranged on a side wall, which are arranged in the upper third of the side wall.

Proceeding from this publication, the task is to provide a shelf box or a shelf box system which can be used more universally, in particular in the case of small boxes and small loads.

This object is achieved with the characterizing features of claims 1 and 5, respectively. Advantageous refinements can be found in the respective subclaims.

The in the Figures 1 to 3 Shelf box 1 shown schematically preferably consists of a plastic, for. B. polypropylene, polycarbonate or another plastic or any mixture of plastics. It can be a box without a lid or a box with a hinged or easily removable lid. The shelf box 1 has a base and four side walls in a manner known per se and can otherwise be of any design. Their shape corresponds essentially to that of a cuboid. How out Figure 2 it can be seen that the shelf box 1 can be hung in guide rails 14 which have approximately a double-T cross-section and are connected on their upper side to the underside of a shelf. The connection can be made by gluing, welding, screwing or in some other way. On the underside of the double-T-shaped structure of the guide rails 14 there is the catwalk 10 for the shelf box 1 to be suspended between two identical guide rails 14. Each of these adjacent guide rails 14 has a catwalk on which the shelf boxes are hung and moved as shown below can be. As in Figure 2 the double-T-shaped guide rails 14 are shown to the extent that they can be inserted and moved further to the left and right next to the illustrated shelf box in connection with further guide rails 14.

The shelf box 1 has in the upper third 5 of its side wall 2 two locking stops 3 and 4 arranged on the side wall 2 of shelf box 1. These are protrusions produced in one piece together with the shelf box 1 produced by injection molding, which in the exemplary embodiment shown have the shape of a flattened rectangle and are arranged here on the underside of a running rail 6. However, the running rail 6 has no special meaning. The locking stops 4 and 3 can also be arranged only on the side wall 2 of the shelf box 1, without the need for a running rail 6.

How out Figure 4 it can be seen that the shelf box lies exclusively over the locking stops 3 and 4, which are located in the upper third 5 of the side wall 2 of the shelf box 1 on the catwalk 10 of the guide rails 14 Figure 4 the shelf box 1 fully inserted into the shelf is shown. In this position, the shelf box 1 cannot fall out unintentionally, even if it is in a service vehicle which drives over an uneven surface, since the stop of the front locking stop 3 on the locking nose 11 prevents this.

In order to access the contents of the shelf box 1, which is open at the top, it is first lifted upwards on its front, whereby the in Figure 5 position shown is taken. In this position, the front locking stop 3 is located above the locking lug 11 and the shelf box 1 can be pulled out further until, as in FIG Figure 6 shown, the front locking stop 3 is located above the locking lug 11. If the shelf box 1 is pulled out even further, the rear locking stop 4 of the shelf box 1 strikes the locking nose 11, as in FIG Figure 7 is shown. In this position, the shelf box 1 can be released and then tilts forward due to its own weight until its rear upper edge 13 on the underside of the shelf 12 above it stops, while at the same time the rear locking stop 4 is still in contact with the locking nose 11 . This tilting of the shelf box 1 is in Figure 8 shown. In this position, the contents of the shelf box 1 can easily be removed from above without having to be secured by hand at the same time. The user can therefore intervene in the shelf box 1 with both hands, because this is tilted in the in Fig. 8 back up positions shown.

In order to be able to remove the shelf box 1 completely from the shelf, it must also be lifted at the rear, as a result of which the rear locking stop 4, as in Figure 9 is shown, can be pulled over the locking lug 11 and finally over the in Figure 10 intermediate position shown in Figure 11 shown end position is reached, in which the shelf box 1 is completely separated from the shelf and can be taken.

Inserting shelf box 1 into the shelf is done in reverse order, i.e. starting with the in Figure 11 shown position and ending with the position acc. Figure 4 .

In addition to the two locking stops 3 and 4 arranged in the upper third 5 of the shelf box 1, the shelf box according to the invention has two further second locking stops 7 and 8 arranged in the lower third 9 of the shelf box 1, both on the illustrated one Side wall 2 as well as on the opposite side wall. These second locking stops 7 and 8 have no special meaning in the illustrated embodiment. However, they are required if the shelf box according to the invention is not hung on the underside of a shelf, as is the case Figures 1 to 3 show, but should be guided on a guide rail, which is located on the top of a shelf. The shelf box 1 equipped with upper and lower locking stops can thus not only be used hanging, as the exemplary embodiment shows, but also standing, placed directly on a shelf, similar to that in FIG DE 10 2004 005 362 B2 described arrangement. The function otherwise corresponds to the function shown in the figures.

The shelf box according to the invention or the shelf box system provided have the advantage of safe storage of goods within a vehicle, in particular if they are light in weight and can therefore be easily attached to the underside of a shelf. The invention also offers the advantage that, with a sufficient distance between adjacent shelves, both hanging boxes and standing boxes can be arranged between these adjacent shelves, the boxes being suitable for both hanging and standing installation.

Claims (5)

1. Shelf box (1) having at least two first locking stops (3, 4) arranged on a side wall (2) of the shelf box (1), in that wherein the first locking stops (3, 4) are arranged in the upper third (5) of the side wall (2), characterised in that it has on each of its side walls (2) additionally at least two second locking stops (7, 8) which are arranged in the lower third (9) of the side wall (2).
2. Shelf box according to claim 1, characterised in that similarly first locking stops are also arranged on the opposite side wall.
3. Shelf box according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it has at least one guide rail (6) connecting the first locking stops (3, 4).
4. Shelf box system having a shelf box (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by a guide bar (10), on which the shelf box (1) rests with the locking stops (3, 4), and a locking projection (11), against which front locking stops (3) in a first position and rear locking stops (4) in a second position of the shelf box (1) rest on the guide bar (10).
5. Shelf box system according to claim 4, characterised in that the height of the guide bar (10) attached to the underside of a shelf base (12) is dimensioned so that the shelf box (1) rests and tilts between the two positions when tilting with a rear upper edge (13) on the underside of the shelf base (12).
