    f. the outlet channel (40) has, downstream from the throttle (50), at least one inflow opening (60) through which air (8) can flow from a region (62) communicating with the surrounding atmosphere into the outlet channel (40), in order to be mixed there with the liquid (9) flowing through the outlet channel (40).

    a. the discharge opening (70) and at least part of the outlet channel (40) are provided at an actuation button (34), which is configured as a hollow body that is open towards the liquid reservoir (21), and
    b. the region (62) which communicates with the surrounding atmosphere, and from which air (8) can pass into the outlet channel (40) through the inflow opening (60), is arranged at least partially in this hollow body formed by the actuation button (34).
  4. Dispenser (10) according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional features:
    a. the outlet channel (40) has two subportions (42, 44), wherein the first subportion (42) leads from the liquid reservoir (21) to the throttle (50), and wherein the second subportion (44) leads from the throttle (50) to the discharge opening (70), and
    b. at least one inflow opening (60) is provided directly behind the throttle (50).
  5. Dispenser (10) according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional features:
    a. the outlet channel (40) has a rectilinear subportion (44), at the end of which the discharge opening (70) is directly provided, and
    b. the inflow opening (60) opens into this rectilinear subportion (44) of the outlet channel (40) .
  6. Dispenser (10) according to Claim 5, with the additional feature:
    a. the inflow opening (60) is at least 3 mm, preferably at least 5 mm, away from the discharge opening (70).
  7. Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional feature:
    a. the outlet channel has a constant or widening cross-sectional surface area downstream from the inflow opening.
  8. Dispenser (10) according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional features:
    a. the orientation of the inflow opening (60) encloses, with the orientation of a subportion (44) of the outlet channel into which the inflow opening (60) opens, an angle of 90° (+/- 10°), and/or
    b. the orientation of the inflow opening (60) encloses, with a subportion of the outlet channel upstream from the inflow opening (6), an acute angle.
  9. Dispenser (10) according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional feature:
    a. on the other side of the throttle (50), the outlet channel has a channel portion (44a) facing towards the discharge opening (70) and a channel portion (44b) facing in the opposite direction, wherein the inflow opening (60) opens into the channel portion (44b) facing away from the discharge opening (70).
  10. Dispenser (10) according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional feature:
    a. the inflow opening (60) penetrates a wall of the outlet channel (40) on the side facing in the direction of the liquid reservoir (21).
  11. Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional feature:
    a. the liquid reservoir (21) is filled with sterile water.
  12. Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, with the additional feature:
    a. the liquid reservoir (21) has an inner volume of at most 500 ml, preferably of at most 250 ml, particularly of at most 100 ml.
