Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Lichtbandsystem. The present invention relates to a light band system.

A light row system with a carrier arrangement is known from the prior art, which has a plurality of elongated support rail elements arranged in a row one behind the other. The mounting rail elements are profile-shaped and have a substantially U-shaped cross section. They are intended to be attached to a ceiling - either directly or suspended - so that the U-shaped opening in the mounting rail points downwards. Cables for the power supply of light modules, which can be attached to the carrier arrangement, run in the mounting rail elements. The mounting rail opening can be covered with the light modules and various other cover elements, such as blind covers.

Usually, the mounting rail opening on the support arrangement already fastened to the ceiling is covered by an end customer or user of the continuous-row lighting system. Since the carrier arrangement typically has a long length and the variability of the cover elements is comparatively large, the light band system can only be designed with a very limited protection against dust or moisture. Typically, this problem is of particular relevance in the case of using the continuous row system in an industrial space.

From the GB 2 361 988 A a modular infrared system is known in which printed circuit boards with infrared LEDs are arranged in a profile part. The electrical contact is made via a contacting element, which on the other hand is connected to a cable that runs outside the profile part.

Support rail systems that allow the hanging of lights are also from the DE 18 15 074 A1 as well as the US 3,885,147 known.

The invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved cover or a corresponding improved light band system. In particular, the cover or the light band system is said to improve sealing be achievable so that the continuous row system has improved protection against dust or moisture.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the subject matter mentioned in the independent claim. Particular embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a light band system is provided which has a carrier arrangement and a cover for the carrier arrangement, the carrier arrangement having at least two elongated carrier rail elements arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction; the mounting rail elements have a substantially U-shaped cross section, so that a first U-leg, a second U-leg and a connecting leg connecting the two U-legs are formed by the free end regions of the first U-leg and the second U-leg, a mounting rail opening is limited; the cover is arranged in the opening formed by the mounting rail elements and is formed by an elongated profile part, on which a plurality of contacting elements, which are connected to one another by at least one cable, are arranged and are designed for contacting by lighting modules of the light-strip system. The profile part also has openings in which the contacting elements are inserted in such a way that they can be contacted from a side that is opposite the at least one cable with respect to the profile part.

By designing the cover in the form of an elongated profile part, a fundamentally improved sealing of the carrier arrangement can be achieved. In this case, the attachment of lighting modules is made easy to handle by the contacting elements arranged on the profile part.

The profile part is preferably designed in such a way that it can be wound up into a roll together with the contacting elements arranged on it and connected by the at least one cable. Rolled up in this way, the profile part, even if it has a large length, can be transported particularly easily with the contacting elements, that is to say in particular can be transported to a desired installation location.

The profile part preferably has a length which corresponds at least substantially to the sum of the lengths of the mounting rail elements. In this way it can be achieved in particular that the carrier arrangement does not have to be covered by several individual profile parts; Such use of several individual profile parts would inevitably create joints along the longitudinal direction, which represent potential leakage points.

As already mentioned, the profile part has openings in which the contacting elements are inserted in such a way that they can be contacted from a side that is opposite the at least one cable with respect to the profile part. This enables a particularly suitable connection between the profile part and the contacting elements. Furthermore, the contacting elements are preferably arranged in the openings in a clamping or latching manner. This enables a particularly simple assembly of the contacting elements with the profile part.

Sealing elements are preferably arranged on one side, which is opposite the at least one cable with respect to the profile part, and are each formed around the contacting elements, preferably running all the way round. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly suitable seal between the profile part and elements which are intended to be connected to the contacting elements from the outside.

The light band system is preferably also designed in such a way that the profile part is connected to the carrier arrangement by a clamp or snap connection, in particular only by the clamp or snap connection. In this way, a suitable seal can be achieved with a simple installation option.

Preferably, the light band system also has a further profile part, which is arranged in a form-fitting manner with the first-mentioned profile part in such a way that an elongated receiving space is formed by the two profile parts, the at least one cable being arranged in the receiving space. As a result, the at least one cable can be arranged in a particularly well-protected manner. The two profile parts are preferably designed such that the receiving space extends at least essentially at least over the length of the mounting rail elements.

The light band system preferably also has an element, in particular in the form of a lamp or a light module or a plug or a blind cover, which is provided for being connected to one of the contacting elements from the outside, in particular in a sealing manner. In this way, a particularly suitable tightness can be achieved in the area of the contacting elements. Particularly preferably, the element preferably has a sealing element for sealing between the element and the profile part.

The light band system is preferably designed such that the mounting rail elements have engagement surfaces for holding the element. As a result, the trunking system is particularly suitable for attaching corresponding elements that have a comparatively large weight.

The number of contacting elements is preferably identical to the number of elements, each of the elements being sealingly connected to one of the contacting elements. As a result, a particularly suitable tightness can be achieved overall.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment and with reference to the drawings. Show it:

Fig. 1 shows a sketch of a side view of a light band system according to the invention. The light band system has a support arrangement which has at least two elongated support rail elements 1, 2 arranged one behind the other in a longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the mounting rail elements 1, 2 extend along a longitudinal axis L, wherein they are arranged adjacent to one another to form a joint 21. In the example shown, the mounting rail elements 1, 2 are designed as profile components with identical cross sections, the profile axes of which are aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis L.

The support rail elements 1, 2 are preferably made of a stable material, for example of a metal such as aluminum. For example, the mounting rail elements 1, 2 can be made from bent sheet metal.

In general, the carrier arrangement can have more than two carrier rail elements 1, 2, which are then each designed and arranged in an analogous manner, that is to say in such a way that the carrier rail elements of the carrier arrangement are arranged one behind the other in a row along the longitudinal axis L. For the sake of simplicity of description, it is therefore sufficient to consider the case in which the carrier arrangement has the two mounting rail elements 1, 2 shown.

In Fig. 2 is a cross section through the light band system outlined normal to the longitudinal axis L. A support rail opening is formed by the support rail elements 1, 2. According to the invention, the mounting rail elements 1, 2 have a substantially U-shaped cross section, so that a first U-leg 11, a second U-leg 12 and a connecting leg 13 connecting the two U-legs 11, 12 are formed. An interior of the support rail elements 1, 2 is circumscribed by the two U-legs 11, 12 and the connecting leg 13; the mounting rail opening is limited by the two free end regions of the two U-legs 11, 12.

It is assumed here that the mounting rail elements 1, 2 are oriented such that the two U-legs 11, 12 point downwards, that is, the mounting rail opening points downwards. However, this is only an example; in general, a different orientation from the vertical can also be provided.

A cover is arranged in the mounting rail opening and is formed by an elongated profile part 3. The profile part 3 preferably consists of an elastic material, in particular of a more elastic material than the support rail elements 1, 2. This can suitably achieve that the interior of the support rail elements 1, 2 is suitable for protection against the ingress of dust or moisture through the profile part 3 can be completed.

A plurality of contacting elements 5, which are connected to one another by at least one cable 4, are arranged on the profile part 3 and are designed for contacting by means of lighting modules of the light strip system. In particular, the contacting elements 5 can be designed to supply power to the light modules of the continuous-row system and / or to transmit control signals. The contacting elements 5 are preferably contacting sockets.

In Fig. 3 is a section of a longitudinal section through the light band system schematically outlined. Two of the contacting elements 5 can be seen in the section shown. The at least one cable 5 extends on a first side of the profile part 3, in the orientation considered here above the profile part 3. In particular, the at least one cable 4 can extend in the interior of the mounting rail elements 1, 2.

The profile part 3 is preferably designed such that it can be wound up into a roll together with the contacting elements 5 arranged thereon and connected by the at least one cable 4. This makes it particularly easy to transport together with the contacting elements 5 to a desired installation location, even if it has a comparatively large length overall, that is to say, for example, is longer than 5 m or longer than 10 m. For example, it can be provided that the profile part 3 with the contacting elements 5 and the at least one cable 4 - of course without being damaged - can be wound up into a roll whose diameter is less than 2 m.

The profile part 3 advantageously has a length λ which at least substantially corresponds to the sum of the lengths l1 , l2 of the mounting rail elements 1, 2. In this way it can be achieved that the profile part 3 does not form a joint over the entire length λ , which would represent a potential leak. In this case, in particular, the profile part 3 also advantageously extends beyond the joint 21.

In the example shown, the profile part 3 has openings in which the contacting elements 5 are inserted in such a way that they can be contacted from a side that is opposite the at least one cable 4 with respect to the profile part 3, accordingly also referred to here as the second side , that is, in the orientation considered here from below or with reference to the interior space delimited by the mounting rail elements 1, 2 from the outside.

The openings are preferably shaped such that they are at least substantially closed by the contacting elements 5 used.

In particular, the contacting elements 5 extend downwards and upwards beyond the profile part 3, preferably downwards less than upwards, because this enables the connection between the contacting elements 5 and the at least one cable 3 to be formed in a particularly suitable manner.

In principle, different techniques are suitable for connecting the contacting elements 5 to the profile part 3. For example, it can advantageously be provided that the contacting elements 5 clamp or snap into the openings are arranged inserted. This enables a simple and reliable connection of the contacting elements 5 to the profile part 3.

As in Fig. 2 As indicated, it can be provided, for example, that the contacting elements 5 each have at least one latching element 51 and at least one stop element 52, the latching element 51 preferably being designed to be resilient and forming a counter-element to the non-resiliently designed stop element 52. It can be provided for the holder that in the inserted state the latching element 51 bears against the profile part 3 from one side and the stop element 52 from the correspondingly opposite side.

The at least one stop element 52 is preferably designed as a stop element which extends in a closed circumferential form so that it covers the entire edge of the opening in question from below. This is advantageous for achieving a suitable tightness of the interior.

In the example shown, the design is such that the contacting elements 5 can each be inserted from below into one of the openings of the profile part 3 until the stop element 52 in question comes to rest against the profile part 3 from below. During this movement, the latching element 51 is first deflected inward through the edge of the opening in question and then snaps outward again above the edge, so that it serves, together with the stop element 52, for holding the contacting element 5 in question on the profile part 3.

Accordingly, the number of openings of the profile part 3 is preferably identical to the number of contacting elements 5, with exactly one of the contacting elements 5 being used in each opening. In other words, each of the openings is closed by one of the contacting elements 5.

For the production it can be provided that in a first step the contacting elements 5 are connected to the profile part 3 as described and then the contacting elements 5 are connected to each other by the at least one cable 4. It is preferably provided that the contacting elements 5 are not connected by individual cables that each extend between two adjacent contacting elements 5, but that the at least one cable 4 is so long that it extends over all contacting elements 4 extends away, the at least one cable 4 being stripped in the area of the contacting elements 5, so that a suitable electrical contact can be made here.

For further improved sealing, it can be provided that sealing elements 6 are arranged on a side opposite the at least one cable 4 with respect to the profile part 3, here as on the underside of the profile part 3, preferably around the contacting elements 5 closed all around, are formed. For example, such a sealing element 6 can be provided for each of the openings, which extends circumferentially on the outer edge of the stop element 52.

As is the case with the example shown, the light band system also preferably has a further profile part 9, which is arranged with the first-mentioned profile part 3 in such a form-fitting manner, in particular tightly connected, that an elongated receiving space 8 is formed by the two profile parts 3, 9, wherein the at least one cable 4 is arranged in the receiving space 8. Due to the positive connection, a suitably suitable tightness between the two profile parts 3, 9 can be achieved particularly advantageously.

The further profile part 9 preferably has at least or exactly the same length as the profile part 3 mentioned first; in this way, the receiving space 8 can be made suitably tight. The further profile part 9 is advantageously also designed to be elastic.

With the two profile parts 3, 9 mentioned, a two-part endless channel can be formed, so to speak. For complete sealing, a suitable sealing then only has to be carried out at the two end regions of the receiving space 8. Known technologies can be used for this.

In particular, the two profile parts 3, 9 mentioned can be designed such that the receiving space 8 extends at least substantially at least over the length of the mounting rail elements 1, 2, that is to say over the sum of the lengths l1 , l2 of the mounting rail elements 1, 2.

Also advantageous with regard to the tightness of the receiving space 8 is the design such that the profile part 3 by means of a clamping or latching connection the carrier arrangement is connected, in particular only by the clamping or latching connection. In principle, it can be provided that the profile part 3 rests directly on the mounting rail elements 1, 2 or - as is the case in the example shown - with the interposition of the further profile part 9.

The further profile part 9 is preferably arranged held on the mounting rail elements 1, 2 via a snap-in connection R. This is particularly easy to assemble. For this purpose, the further profile part 9 preferably has correspondingly shaped profiles 91. The first-mentioned profile part 3 can be arranged on the further profile part 9 - particularly easy to assemble - held by a clamping connection K. Corresponding profiles can also advantageously be formed on the profile part 3 and / or on the further profile part 9. As a result, the connection between the two profile parts 3, 9 can be made particularly suitably tight.

A suitable stability and tightness can be achieved, for example, if the profile part 3 has a preferably plate-shaped bottom area 31 in a central area, at the edges of which a connecting area 32, 33 is connected, the bottom area 31 being made of a more stable material than the connecting areas 32 , 33. The openings in which the contacting elements 5 are inserted are preferably formed only in the bottom region 31. The connection areas 32, 33 preferably each have a U-shaped or V-shaped cross section.

A particularly suitable stability can be achieved if the design is such that the connection areas 32, 33 - either directly or as in FIG Fig. 2 sketched by way of example with the interposition of regions of the further profile part 9 - press against end regions of the two U-legs 11, 12 of the mounting rail elements 1, 2.

A potential leak in the interior of the mounting rail elements 1, 2 or the receiving space 8 generally arises not only between the circumference of the contacting elements 5 and the corresponding edges of the openings, but also due to the contact path through the contacting elements 5 themselves between the outer region and the interior is formed. This can in principle prevent the desired protection class from being achieved. This Way, however, can be suitably sealed from the outside by a corresponding covering of the contacting elements 5.

As in Fig. 2 indicated, for this purpose the light band system preferably also has an element 7, in particular in the form of a lamp or a light module or a plug or a blind cover, which is provided for being connected to one of the contacting elements 5 from the outside, in particular in a sealing manner. The design is preferably such that the element 7 is arranged to overlap the contacting element 5 in question completely when it is connected to the latter as intended.

In principle, it could also be provided that the element 7 is designed in the form of a socket, which can then engage in a contacting manner in a contacting element designed accordingly as a plug. However, in terms of protecting the electrical connection path, it is generally better to design the contacting elements 5 as sockets.

A corresponding plug can be, for example, a plug of a lamp or another consumer.

The design is in particular such that the contacting elements 5 each produce an electrical connection between the corresponding plug on the one hand and the corresponding stripped point of the at least one cable 4 on the other.

As an alternative or in addition to the sealing elements 6 mentioned above, it can be provided that the element 7 has a sealing element for sealing between the element 7 and the profile part 3. A suitable tightness can also be achieved in this way.

In order to achieve a good seal of the interior of the mounting rail elements 1, 2 or the receiving space 8, it is accordingly provided that all of the contacting elements 5 are covered by a corresponding element 7. In particular, for those of the contacting elements 5 which are not electrically connected to a plug, corresponding blind covers or blind covers can be provided, or elements which - if they are connected to the corresponding contacting element 5 - have no electrical connection to the form at least one cable 4. In this way, a virtually complete tightness can be achieved from the underside of the trunking system.

Characterized in that the profile part 3 is designed to be elastic in the example shown here, the ability of the profile part 3 to carry the element 7 is correspondingly limited. For this reason, an element that does not exceed a certain weight is particularly suitable as element 7, for example a small lamp or a blind cover.

However, it can also be provided that the mounting rail elements 1, 2 have engagement surfaces for holding the element 7. In this way, the element 7 can also be suitably fastened if it has a correspondingly greater weight. An alternative or additional mechanical mounting of the element 7 can thus be made possible by this design. For example, for this purpose it can be provided that the U-legs 11, 12 of the mounting rail elements 1, 2 have corresponding drawbacks or the like, which make it possible to latch with corresponding holding elements of the element 7.

With the cover according to the invention, a particularly simple assembly on site is made possible for an end user. In particular, he therefore does not have to first connect individual contacting elements to a corresponding profile part, but can instead attach the cover directly to the underside of the mounting rail elements 1, 2 in a simple manner. A particularly suitable tightness of the interior of the mounting rail elements 1, 2 can be achieved, in which the at least one cable 4 is suitably well protected from dust and moisture. The configuration with the further profile part 9, which together with the first-mentioned profile part 3 forms the sealed receiving space 8, is particularly suitable for this purpose.

In particular, a higher protection class can be achieved with the corresponding trunking system. This is particularly advantageous, for example, in the case of industrial applications.
