Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorratsrolle für ein Dichtungsband aus einem offenporigen Schaumstoff mit einem Wickelkern für die unter einer radialen Druckbelastung aneinanderliegenden Windungen des vorkomprimierten, auf einer Seite mit einer Selbstklebeschicht und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Folie versehenen Dichtungsbands.The invention relates to a supply roll for a sealing tape made of an open-cell foam having a winding core for the contiguous under a radial compressive load windings of precompressed, provided on one side with a self-adhesive layer and on the opposite side with a film sealing tape.
Vorkomprimierte Dichtungsbänder aus einem offenporigen Schaumstoff werden üblicherweise zur Abdichtung von Fugen eingesetzt. Zur Befestigung in den Fugen sind die Dichtungsbänder auf einer Seite mit einer Selbstklebeschicht versehen, über die sie an einer der einander gegenüberliegenden Fugenwände angeklebt werden. Da die Selbstklebeschicht der Dichtungsbänder die Windungen der zu Vorratsrollen aufgewickelten Dichtungsbänder verkleben würden, werden die Selbstklebeschichten mit einer Deckfolie abgedeckt, die vor dem Einsetzen der Dichtungsbänder in abzudichtende Fugen abgezogen werden muss, was für die Montage solcher Dichtungsbänder einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsschritt erfordert. Dies bedeutet, dass die Vorratsrolle für ein solches Dichtungsband keiner eine aufweitende Rückstellung verhindernden Umhüllung bedarf, sodass ein Restvorrat des Dichtungsbands auf der Vorratsrolle ohne zusätzliche Maßnahmen im vorkomprimierten Zustand gehalten wird, wenn die Folie ausreichend zugfest ausgebildet ist, um eine ein radiales Aufweiten der Vorratsrolle verhindernde Dehnung in Umfangsrichtung zu unterbinden. - Supply roll as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the adhesive forces between the self-adhesive layer (3) and the film (4) exceed the internal binding forces of the self-adhesive layer (3).
