Claims (11)

  1. Indicator lamp, comprising
    - LEDs (2) for producing a light,
    - a light guide plate (3) having a front surface (4), which is flat in the first approximation, a rear surface (5) and an edge-side lateral surface (6) which connects the front surface (4) to the rear surface (5),
    wherein the LEDs (2) are disposed along the lateral surface (6) such that the light is coupled into the light guide plate (3),
    - a frame element (7), which is disposed around the light guide plate (3) and around the LEDs (2),
    - a first light exit pane (8), which is disposed on a first side (re) of the light guide plate (3), and
    - a second light exit pane (9), which is disposed on a second side (li) of the light guide plate (3),
    - a sealing element (10), which is disposed both in a sealing manner between the frame element (7) and the first light exit pane (8) and also in a sealing manner between the frame element (7) and the second light exit pane (9),
    characterized in that
    the sealing element (10) is configured in the shape of a profile and comprises a groove (15) which is U-shaped when viewed in cross-section, wherein the light guide plate (3) is disposed such that its lateral surface (6) engages in said groove (15).
  2. Indicator lamp according to Claim 1,
    in which the sealing element (10) is configured to have closed annular shape.
  3. Indicator lamp according to Claim 1 or 2,
    in which the sealing element (10) is made of a rubber material, for example a thermoplastic elastomer, and is preferably produced in an injection molding process.
  4. Indicator lamp according to any one of the preceding Claims,
    in which the groove (15) is delimited by a first, upwardly projecting, free U-leg (11) on the first side (re) and the configuration is such that the first light exit pane (8) extends to below a first level (N1), which is defined by the upper limitation of the first free U-leg (11).
  5. Indicator lamp according to Claim 4,
    which is configured such that the LEDs (2) are completely disposed below the first level (N1).
  6. Indicator lamp according to Claim 4 or 5,
    in which the first U-leg (11) is shaped such that it comprises a downward sloping flank (111) on the first side (re).
  7. Indicator lamp according to Claim 6,
    in which the flank (111), preferably the entire sealing element (10), has a white and/or a reflecting surface.
  8. Indicator lamp according to Claim 6 or 7,
    in which, on the first side (re), the frame element (7) has a first, upwardly projecting, free retaining leg (71), which is disposed on the first side (re) of a lower end region of the first light exit pane (8) and extends upward to a second level (N2) located below the first level (N1).
  9. Indicator lamp according to Claim 8,
    which is configured such that the flank (111) extends downward to the second level (N2) or to below the second level (N2).
  10. Indicator lamp according to Claim 9,
    which is configured such that the LEDs (2) are disposed above the second level (N2).
  11. Indicator lamp according to any one of the preceding Claims, in which, with respect to a plane of symmetry (M) which extends through the light guide plate (3), the sealing element (10) is symmetrically shaped.
