Abstract
Offenbart wird ein hydraulischer Steuerungsblock einer Presse bestehend aus einem Grundblock mit einem Hochhalteventil (4), das mit einem Anschluss für eine erste ausgewählte Druckkammer (R) eines hydraulischen Pressenverbrauchers (1) verbunden ist und an das ausgehend von ersten Druckkammeranschluss stromab ein Richtungsventil (10) angeschlossen ist, das wahlweise ein Druckmittel von einem stromab zum Richtungsventil (10) angeordneten, mit einer Pumpe (P) verbindbaren Druckmittelanschluss über das Hochhalteventil (4) zum ersten Druckkammeranschluss (R) oder zu einem Anschluss für eine zweite Gegendruckkammer (K) leitet, um vorbestimmte Grundbewegungs- und Sicherungsfunktionen zu ermöglichen. Erfindungsgemäß wird im Grundblock ein sicherer Fluidpfad definiert bestehend aus dem ersten Druckkammeranschluss (R), dem Hochhalteventil (4) und dem Richtungsventil (10), in den entweder überhaupt keine oder ausschließlich strömungstechnisch begrenzte oder limitierte Zu- und/oder Abflüsse münden. Disclosed is a hydraulic control block of a press comprising a base block with a hold-up valve (4) which is connected to a connection for a first selected pressure chamber (R) of a hydraulic press consumer (1) and to which from the first pressure chamber connection downstream of a directional valve (10 ) is connected, which selectively a pressure medium from a downstream of the directional valve (10) arranged with a pump (P) connectable pressure medium connection via the hold valve (4) to the first pressure chamber port (R) or to a connection for a second back pressure chamber (K) passes to enable predetermined basic movement and security functions. According to the invention, a safe fluid path is defined in the basic block consisting of the first pressure chamber connection (R), the hold-up valve (4) and the directional valve (10) into which either no flow or limited flow or limited flows open.
