Abstract

Offenbart wird ein hydraulischer Steuerungsblock einer Presse bestehend aus einem Grundblock mit einem Hochhalteventil (4), das mit einem Anschluss für eine erste ausgewählte Druckkammer (R) eines hydraulischen Pressenverbrauchers (1) verbunden ist und an das ausgehend von ersten Druckkammeranschluss stromab ein Richtungsventil (10) angeschlossen ist, das wahlweise ein Druckmittel von einem stromab zum Richtungsventil (10) angeordneten, mit einer Pumpe (P) verbindbaren Druckmittelanschluss über das Hochhalteventil (4) zum ersten Druckkammeranschluss (R) oder zu einem Anschluss für eine zweite Gegendruckkammer (K) leitet, um vorbestimmte Grundbewegungs- und Sicherungsfunktionen zu ermöglichen. Erfindungsgemäß wird im Grundblock ein sicherer Fluidpfad definiert bestehend aus dem ersten Druckkammeranschluss (R), dem Hochhalteventil (4) und dem Richtungsventil (10), in den entweder überhaupt keine oder ausschließlich strömungstechnisch begrenzte oder limitierte Zu- und/oder Abflüsse münden.
