Description

The invention relates to a device for receiving a foot or a shoe on a sports machine such as, in particular, a gliding machine.

Such devices are used for snowboarding, snowboarding, snow skiing, snowshoeing, and the like.

Some devices according to the prior art comprise a seat, designed to accommodate the foot or the shoe, and a rear support element, designed to support the lower leg of a user. The rear support element is connected to the seat, usually by means of a hinge, to be folded towards it. This reduces clutter and makes storage easier. There is also provided a stop which limits the deployment of the rear support element relative to the seat.

This case is common in snowboarding. In this discipline the user has both feet retained on the same board, and oriented in a substantially transverse direction of the board. The transversal stresses are localized towards the tips of the feet, or towards the heels. In the case of solicitations to the toes of feet, a rear support element does not support or few constraints. By cons, during solicitations to the heels, the back support element supports constraints that can be very high. As a result the stop supports them too. For example when a rear edge, that is to say towards the heels, the rear support element transmits back pulses sent by the lower leg. In other cases the rear support element sends back to the user pulses from the ground. These pulses pass through the stop.

In order to confer on an accommodation device the ad hoc mechanical characteristics, the prior art has proposed various structures.

It is notably known that a seat comprises a lateral flange and a medial flange connected to one another by a base and a bow. Of course, the base supports the sole of the shoe, and the arch circumvents the heel. The rear support member is articulated relative to the seat at the boundary between the flanges and the arch, being disposed in front of the latter. A stop is subject to the rear support element to bear on the hoop, when the lower leg sends backward pulses. This proven structure allows a satisfactory driving of the board. However, it has some disadvantages.

First of all the maintenance of the heel is not optimal. This means that the heel is not always maintained with the comfort or precision that is appropriate, at least during certain phases of driving.

In cases where the rear support element is relatively rigid, for sports driving for example, the contact between the shoe and the rear support element is not uniform. In other words, the shoe does not perfectly fit the shape of the rear support element. This results in an uneven distribution of the pressures related to the contact of one over the other, some parts of the shoe being too compressed, while at the other parts remains a game.

In cases where the rear support element is more flexible, for a more serene driving, the contact between the shoe and the rear support element is disturbed by the action of the hoop. The latter is rigid because it cooperates with the stop. In fact the arch returns sporadic efforts to the shoe, through the abutment and the rear support element, and sometimes through the only back support element, where the latter comes directly resting on the arch.

As a result it happens, especially in case of extreme or prolonged use, that the holding of the heel is uncomfortable or imprecise. It hurts driving.

Another disadvantage is the complexity of the structure. The seat, with its base and arch, is a three-dimensional piece whose shapes make it delicate to manufacture. Then the structure according to this first family uses a fairly high number of elements. This is particularly the case for the stop, whose position is adjustable, for which it must provide a means of adjustment. In general, at least one screw, a washer and a nut are required, in addition to the stopper itself, to obtain the adjustment means. In addition there is a long assembly time, a fairly high manufacturing price, and a weight also quite high. In this respect the arch is partly responsible because it must be strong enough to withstand the vertical supports exerted by the stop.

US 2009/0146397 A1 décrit le préambule de la revendication 1. US 2009/0146397 A1 describes the preamble of claim 1.

As can be seen, even if the known devices allow a satisfactory driving of the board with which they are associated, it is still possible to improve them.

It follows that the invention, which will be described later, has the general purpose of improving a device for receiving a foot on a sports machine.

The invention seeks in particular to improve the maintenance of the heel, that is to say to increase comfort and / or heel holding accuracy. The invention also seeks to simplify the structure of a device. The invention also wants to reduce the number of parts needed for manufacturing. By corollary the invention seeks to shorten the time required for assembly of the device, and reduce its cost. The invention further reduces the weight of a home device. Finally, an object of the invention is to make the device easy to handle, in particular as regards the folding or deployment of the rear support element relative to the seat.

To do this, the invention proposes a device for receiving a foot or a shoe on a gliding machine, the reception device comprising a seat which extends in a longitudinal direction from a rear end to a at a front end, and a rear support member, the rear support member being articulated relative to the seat, at the rear end, so as to be folded towards the seat or deployed , the receiving device comprising a stop which limits the deployment of the rear support element relative to the seat.

The stop, subject to the seat, has a self-supporting structure. The deployment of the rear support element is limited by action of the abutment in the longitudinal direction.

Le dispositif d'accueil selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait que la butée est souple transversalement de manière à épouser la forme de l'élément d'appui arrière, lorsque celui-ci est déployé vers l'arrièreThe reception device according to the invention is characterized in that the stop is flexible transversely so as to match the shape of the rear support element, when it is deployed backwards.

This arrangement allows the match between the shoe and the rear support element. In other words the contact between the shoe and the rear support element is more even or even. Therefore the distribution of the contact pressures between these two components is regular. It follows advantageously that the holding of the heel is more comfortable and / or more precise.

On the other hand the proposed arrangement simplifies the structure of the host device. It follows advantageously that the number of parts needed for its manufacture is reduced, the assembly time is shorter, and the manufacturing cost is lower than for known devices. It is also observed that the weight of the device according to the invention is reduced, in particular because it lacks an arch.

It is also observed that the folding zone of the rear support element remains unobstructed, thanks to the self-supporting nature of the abutment. It follows that the storage manipulations, by folding the support element towards the seat, are easier.

One can summarize the situation by saying that the invention is an improvement of a reception device.

Although the forms described below relate more to the field of snowboarding, it should be understood that they also apply to other areas as mentioned before.

La première forme d'exécution est présentée à l'aide des figures 1 à 7.The first form of execution is presented using the Figures 1 to 7 .

As we see on the figure 1 in perspective, a reception device 1 allows temporary reception on a board 2 of a shoe not shown.

In known manner the reception device 1 comprises a seat 3 which extends in length in a longitudinal direction L between a rear end 4 and a front end 5, and in width from a first edge 6 to a second edge 7.

The seat 3 has an upper face 8 provided to be facing the sole of the shoe, and a lower face 9 provided to be above the board 2.

The seat 3 preferably comprises a base 10, associated with a rear cushion 11 and a front cushion 12. The base 10 is a rigid piece which delimits at least partly the lower face 9. The cushions themselves delimit at less in part the upper face 8. According to the first embodiment described, the cushions 11, 12 are arranged respectively at the rear and at the front of the seat 3. This allows cushioned contact with the heel or the seat. tip of the sole of the shoe.

Cette dernière est retenue à la planche 2 par un moyen réalisé sous la forme d'un disque 13, lui-même retenu à la planche 2 par des vis 14.Of course, other structures for the seat 3 may be provided, such as for example a base associated with a single cushion, which extends from the rear end 4 to the front end 5 of the seat 3. the last is retained in the board 2 by a means made in the form of a disc 13, itself retained in the board 2 by screws 14.

Of course, other means of retaining the seat 3 could be provided.

The seat 3 is bordered laterally by a first portion shown in the form of a first flange 21, as well as by a second portion shown in the form of a second flange 22. In this case the first flange 21 is lateral and the second 22 is medial, but it could have been the opposite. The flanges 21, 22 are connected to each other by the base 10. Thus the flanges 21, 22 and the base 10 define a reception zone 23 of the shoe. When the latter is in place on the device 1, the flanges 21, 22 along the sole laterally. Of course it could be provided other than the flanges 21, 22 to form the lateral and medial parts. For example, stops might be suitable.

Preferably, the base 10 and the flanges 21, 22 form a single piece made for example of synthetic material. However, it could be provided that the flanges 21, 22 are parts secured to the base by any means such as gluing, welding, screwing, interlocking, or other.

There are also two links for detachably holding the boot on the seat 3, between the flanges 21, 22, in the reception zone 23.

A first link 24 is located forward, at the metatarsophalangeal joint when the foot is maintained. A second link 25 is located aft, at the instep when the foot is held.

Each of the links 24, 25 extends transversely between the flanges 21, 22.

Of course it could be expected a number of different links.

The device 1 also comprises a rear support element 29, so that the user can take back supports with the lower leg. The rear support element 29 comprises a body 30 which extends longitudinally between first 31 and second 32 attachment ends and a free end 33, transversely between a first edge or lateral edge 34 and a second edge or medial edge 35, and in thickness between a bearing face 36 and a free face 37.

Of course, the bearing face 36 is provided to receive the rear of the lower leg of the user, the rear support member 29 and the seat 3 being associated accordingly, as will be described in more detail after .

As we understand it with the help of Figures 1 to 3 , the rear support member 29 is articulated relative to the seat 3, at the rear end 4, so as to be folded towards the seat or deployed. For this the rear support element is connected to the flanges 21, 22 by means of a first articulation 41, located at the first attachment end 31, and by means of a second articulation 42, located at the of the second attachment end 32. Thus the first attachment end 31 is connected to the first flange 21, and the second attachment end 32 is connected to the second flange 22. Each hinge 41, 42 is respectively oriented substantially in a first transverse axis 43 and a second transverse axis 44 of the device 1. Each articulation 41, 42 therefore allows a rotational movement of the rear support member 29 relative to the seat 3. A benefit that arises therefrom is to facilitate tidying up.

The reception device 1 further comprises a stop 49 which limits the deployment of the rear support element 29 relative to the seat 3.

According to the invention the stop 49 is secured to the seat 3, the stop 49 has a self-supporting structure, and the stop 49 limits the deployment of the rear support element 29 by action in the longitudinal direction L of the seat 3. This arrangement allows a more regular contact, even uniform, between the boot and the rear support element. Also, the arrangement gives the host device 1 a simple structure. It follows advantageously that the number of parts needed for manufacturing is reduced, the assembly time is short, and the manufacturing cost is relatively low.

On the other hand, the self-supporting nature of the abutment 49 ensures that the latter remains outside the folding area of the rear support element 29, in the sense that the stop 49 is not opposite. of the base 10. An advantage that arises is ease of storage, after folding of the support element 29 to the seat 3.

On observe que l'arceau contourne l'élément d'appui arrière 29 du côté de la face libre 37.In a nonlimiting manner, according to the first embodiment, the stop 49 is constituted by a hoop 50. The latter comprises a lateral support 51, secured to the first edge 6, a medial support 52, secured to the second edge 7, as well as a bridge 53 which joins the lateral supports 51 and medial 52 to one another. It is observed that the arch circumvents the rear support element 29 on the side of the free face 37.

The tie rod 61 extends in length from a front end 63, secured to the first flange 21, to a rear end 64, which joins the bridge 53. The foot 62 connects the first flange 21 to the tie rod 61, at the rear end 64 of the latter. Thus the tie rod 61 is inclined relative to the flange 21 or the seat 3, so that its rear end 64 is remote from the rear end 4 of the seat 3. Of course the tie 61, and by corollary support 51, is oriented in the longitudinal direction L of the seat 3.

The tie rod 71 extends in length from a front end 73, secured to the second flange 22, to a rear end 74, which is the junction with the bridge 53. The foot 72 connects the second flange 22 to the tie rod 71, at the rear end 74 of the latter. Thus the tie rod 71 is inclined relative to the flange 22 or the seat 3, so that its rear end 74 is remote from the rear end 4 of the seat 3. Of course the tie 71, and by corollary support 52, is oriented in the longitudinal direction L of the seat 3.

It has been seen that the bridge 53 connects the lateral supports 51 and medial 52 to one another. According to the first embodiment described, the bridge 53 connects the rear ends 64, 74 of the tie rods to each other. 61, 71 supports 51, 52. Accordingly the bridge 53 is raised above the seat 3, in the region of its rear end 4. It will be better understood later that it is this provision that allows the hoop 50, and therefore at the stop 49, to limit the deployment of the rear support element 29 by action in the longitudinal direction L.

In other words, the band 75 connects a first anchor point 63 of the bow 50 to the seat 3 at a second anchoring point 73 of the arch 50 on the seat 3. The width of the strip 75 is in a substantially vertical plane while its longitudinal axis extends in a plane P inclined at an angle α by the angle α is between 20 ° and 50 °, preferably around 30 °. The band 75 bypasses the rear support element 29 on the side of a free face 37. The band 75 forms the stop 49. It is flexible transversely so as to match the shape of the rear support element 29, when it is deployed backwards. The deployment of the rear support element 29 is limited by the action of the strip 75 forming the abutment 49 in the longitudinal direction L.

This construction allows a dimensioning of the abutment 49 optimized and lightened compared to conventional arches of the prior art. Indeed, to limit the rotation of the rear support element 29, the band 75 is biased in the plane P or in a direction substantially close to this plane P. As a result, the band 75 works in tension. The force exerted by the rear support element 29 is then distributed longitudinally between the two branches of the strip 75, namely the two tie rods 61, 71 and is taken up at the anchor points 63 and 73. stressed mainly in tension, it is possible to design the band 75 so as to favor the tensile strength in its longitudinal direction corresponding to a substantially solicitation in the plane P. Similarly, this construction allows to grant the flexibility of the band 75 when it is biased transversely, that is to say by a force substantially perpendicular to the width of the band 75, since the stop 49 is not stressed transversely when it must block the rotation of the rear support element 29. On the other hand, with this design, the stop 49 is not stressed vertically or in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane P. Consequently, it is not necessary to size the stop 49 to it is very rigid and resistant when it is requested in a direction not coplanar to the plane P.

In other words, the band 75 functions in the manner of stays.

It will be noted that in the prior art, self-supporting arches contributing to limiting the rotation of the rear support element comprise a reinforced and relatively rigid structure in order to withstand stresses in a substantially vertical direction. This dimensioning adds weight to the binding and therefore penalizes the comfort of the user. Most of the fasteners of the state of the art comprise a part fixed on the rear support element which comes into contact with the top of the arch. The force transmitted between the rear support member and the hoop occurs at this contact and is therefore substantially vertical. The arch must be strong enough to take the effort, hence the vertical stiffness. Similarly, the hoop must withstand transverse stress to ensure good performance of the room. The arch may collapse when forced if it is not rigid transversely. The hoops of the prior art are thus not solicited in the same way as the hoop forming the object of this invention. They usually work in compression rather than traction.

Given the fact that the strip 75 is mainly stressed in tension, it is advantageous that it is sized to improve its longitudinal tensile strength. For this, the band 75 may comprise a wire, a strap, a material including fibers oriented longitudinally. The band 75 may also include several materials. For example, a channel of plastic material of the PU or polyester type in which passes a strap and / or a wire of PA or PE UHMW material. There may be a discontinuity of materials along the band 75 if it provides, throughout its length, a good longitudinal tensile strength.

What matters in this construction is the presence of the enveloping strip 75, surrounding the rear support element 29 and anchored on the seat 3, and preferably at the front of the seat 3 to work the seat. more possible in traction. To ensure that the stop 49 is self-supporting, the arch 50 incorporates feet 62, 72. It is conceivable to partition, partially or not, the space between the feet 62, 72 and the band 75.

According to the first embodiment, the arch 50 comprises a link, made in the form of a strap 80, which extends along the lateral support 51, and along the medial support 52. The portion of strap that connects the supports 51, 52 form the bridge 53. In other words the link 80 forms the bridge 53. More specifically, the strap 80 runs along the tie rod 61 of the lateral support 51, that the tie rod 71 of the medial support 52, the strap 80 connecting to each other the rear ends 64, 74 tie rods 61, 71.

Of course the strap 80 is transversely flexible and inextensible. As a result, the strap 80 can be folded but does not lengthen, at least under normal conditions of use. This is why the hoop 50, and therefore the stop 49, fully matches the shape of the rear support element 29, when it is deployed rearward as is the case on the figures 2 and 3 . It is observed that the tie rods 61, 62 and the strap 80, and thus corollary the bridge 53, come into contact with the free face 37 of the rear support element 29, so as to exert a flat support on it. 37. Since the tie rods 61, 71 are oriented longitudinally towards the front 5 of the seat 3, they 61, 71 are urged in tension when a shoe pushes the rear support element 29 in a direction of Deployment, rearward 4. Of course the bridge 53 is then also stressed in traction. It follows that the stop 49, by its hoop 50, acts on the rear support element 29 in the manner of guys. That is why the stop 49 limits the deployment of the rear support element 29 by action in the longitudinal direction L of the seat 3. The mode of action of the stop 49 allows to confer the simple structure described before . It is indeed much easier, from a mechanical point of view, to manage traction forces.

Cela amène une stabilité d'appui de la chaussure sur l'élément d'appui arrière 29.According to the first embodiment described, the lateral supports 51 and medial 52 have substantially the same dimensions, and are facing each other transversely. By corollary the tie rods 61, 71 and the feet 62, 72 are facing each other transversely and the bridge 53 is parallel to the seat 3. This balances the traction forces exerted by the stop 49, c ' that is to say by the hoop 50. Indeed, these efforts are distributed in a balanced manner between the first edge 6 and the second edge 7: the tensile forces in the tie rod 61 of the lateral support 51 are equal or close to the forces traction in the tie rod 71 of the medial support 52. This brings a stability of support of the boot on the rear support element 29.

Cette configuration optimise le travail en traction, selon la direction longitudinale L et vers l'avant 5, de l'arceau 50, et donc de la butée 49.Note that the front end 63 of the tie rod 61, and therefore of the lateral support 51, is closer to the front end 5 than the rear end 4. In the same spirit the front end 73 of the tie rod 71, and therefore the medial support 52 is closer to the front end 5 than the rear end 4. Thus, the longitudinal axes of the tie rods 61 and 71 form the plane P. When the free face 37 of the support element rear 29 presses the hoop 50, this free face 37 is perpendicular, or substantially perpendicular to the plane P, as is understood in particular by means of the figure 2 . This configuration optimizes the work in traction, in the longitudinal direction L and forward 5, of the hoop 50, and therefore of the stop 49.

As we understand it not only with the help of Figures 1 to 3 , but also with the help of Figures 4 and 5 , the position of the rear support member 29 relative to the seat 3 can be adjusted. This means that it is possible to advance or retreat, as desired, each of the attachment ends 31, 32. It can be said that the position of each articulation 41, 42 is adjustable relative to the seat 3, or flanges 21, 22. A displacement is obtained, as a for example, by disassembly and reassembly of one or both joints 41, 42 of the rear support member 29 relative to the seat 3.

Bien entendu, il en est de même pour l'articulation 41 au niveau du flasque latéral 21.As shown by Figures 4 and 5 in the case of the medial flange 22, the articulation 42 comprises for example a screw 85 and a nut 86. The medial flange 22 here has two orifices 87, 88 to accommodate the screw 85, knowing that it is alternatively possible to plan more, or make a slot. In all cases, the axis of the screw, the axis of an orifice 87, 88 and the axis 44 of the second joint merge. Of course, it is the same for the articulation 41 at the side flange 21.

In concrete terms, on the figure 4 , the second attachment end 32 is disposed in a retracted position along the medial flange 22. It 32 is therefore closer to the rear end 4. By cons, on the figure 5 , the attachment end 32 is disposed in a more advanced position. It is therefore less close to the rear end 4. Of course, the position of the hinge 42 changes.

It is possible to select positions facing each other or, alternatively, offset relative to each other, for the articulations 41, 42. Consequently the position of the element rear support 29 can be advanced, retreated, or set in rotation along a virtual axis perpendicular to the seat 3. This mechanism thus allows the inclination of the rear support element 29 to be adjusted when it comes into contact with the stop 49 and adjust the angular orientation of the rear support member 29 about a substantially vertical axis.

In the embodiment described, only two orifices 87, 88 per flange 22 illustrate the adjustment mechanism. Of course, it is possible to envisage more orifices or other means incorporating notches in order to allow a greater number of configurations for adjusting the inclination and / or the angular orientation of the rear support element. .

It is noted in addition that the thickness e of each support 52, 53, measured for example at the foot 62, is less than the thickness E of the flange 22 to which it is subject. For example, the thickness e of a support is between 0.5 and 5 mm, knowing that values of 1 to 3 mm have given satisfactory results. A reduced thickness of the supports 51, 52, and therefore tie rods 61, 71 and feet 62, 72, is sufficient to impart their tensile strength, while allowing transverse flexibility. This improves the ability of the stop 49 to match the shape of the rear support element 29. The thickness E of the flange 22, meanwhile, is between 5 and 15mm, knowing that values of 5 to 8mm have given satisfactory results. A greater thickness of the flanges 21, 22 gives the seat3 a rigidity, which allows for example a precise transverse support of the sole of the shoe.

Of course the seat 3, including the flanges 21, 22, and the supports 51, 52, are made from all suitable materials, such as plastics.

According to the first embodiment of the invention, each support 51, 52 is an insert on the seat 3, that is to say in practice secured to a flange 21, 22. By corollary the stop 49, or the hoop 50 is an insert on the seat 3. The fastening is by example made by interlocking, which is consolidated by the articulation 41, 42 concerned. Indeed, in addition to allowing a tilting of the rear support element 29, each joint, with its screw 85 and its nut 86, maintains a support 51, 52 in contact with a flange 21, 22. It is therefore possible to make a support, or both, with a material different from that of the seat 3, that is to say different from that constituting the flanges 21, 22. Of course the material constituting the supports 51, 52 is chosen to be more flexible than the material constituting the seat 3. This makes it possible to confer on the various elements of the device 1 the appropriate mechanical properties.

The guide 91 is here in the form of a groove in which is placed the strap 80. The latter is naturally maintained along the ties 61 , 71. This arrangement preserves the self-supporting quality of the abutment 49, or the hoop 50, while enjoying the flexibility of the strap 80 especially in its role at the bridge 53.

Without this being obligatory it is possible, as detailed in the figure 7 to adjust the tension of the strap 80. By corollary, thanks to the transverse flexibility of the supports 51, 52, the length of the hoop 50 is adjustable. This makes it possible to adjust the geometry of the stop 49 so that it corresponds as closely as possible to the shape of the shoe. The maintenance of the latter is only better.

Au final la longueur de l'arceau 50 est ajustée à l'aide de la molette 95.In practice, the reception device 1 comprises a means for adjusting the length of the strap 80. For example, an end 92 of the strap 80 has a loop 93 secured to a screw 94. Of course the screw 94 is housed in 22. A wheel 95, which can be actuated by hand, cooperates with the screw 94 to maintain or modify the useful length of the strap 80. In the end the length of the hoop 50 is adjusted using the wheel 95.

The second embodiment is presented below using the figure 8 . For the sake of convenience, similar parts in the first form are designated by the same references.

Thus generally there is a reception device 1 including a seat 3, first 21 and second 22 flanges, a rear support member 29 and a stop 49.

What characterizes the device 1 according to the second form is the structure of the stop 49. If it is still a hoop 100 which comprises a lateral support 101, a medial support 102, and a bridge 103, the supports 101 , 102 and the bridge 103 form here a single piece. In other words the hoop 100 is a single piece. Since, as previously, a lateral support 101 or medial 102 respectively comprises a tie rod 111, 121, a foot 112, 122, a front end 113, 123 and a rear end 114, 124, the tie rods 111, 121, the feet 112, 122 and the bridge 103 form a single piece. This is for example made with a plastic whose thickness is between 0.5 and 5mm, knowing that values of 1 to 3mm have given satisfactory results.

The operation of the stop 49 is similar to the first embodiment.

The hoop 100 also comprises an enveloping strip 175, surrounding the rear support element 29 and anchored to the front 113, 123 of the seat 3 to work as much as possible in tension. The band 175 comprises a part of the support 101, a part of the support 102 and the bridge 103.

It is transversely flexible so as to match the shape of the rear support element 29, when it is deployed rearwardly. The deployment of the rear support element 29 is limited by the action of the strip 175 forming the abutment 49 in the longitudinal direction L.

In a nonlimiting manner the hoop 100, or stop 49, itself forms with the seat 3 a single piece. However, it may alternatively be provided that the arch is a different part of the seat 3, and reported on the latter by any means known to those skilled in the art.

Ce renfort permet d'améliorer la tenue à la traction de la bande 175 et donc d'améliorer la tenue de la butée 49.Alternatively, the band 175 may comprise a groove for receiving a wire or a strap similar to the strap 80 of the first embodiment. This reinforcement makes it possible to improve the tensile strength of the strip 175 and thus to improve the holding of the stopper 49.

In general, the invention is made from materials and according to implementation techniques known to those skilled in the art.

Naturally, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described, and includes all the technical equivalents that fall within the scope of the following claims.

For example, the stop 49, or the hoop 50, 100 may comprise a single material or on the contrary several parts of different materials. In this second case the parts are subject to each other, either by being fixed or by being movable relative to each other. In particular, the strap 80 can be immobilized, or on the contrary slide in its guide 91.

The stop 49 and more particularly the band 75, 175 could for example comprise a series of sectors articulated to each other, in the manner of a chain or a watch band.

Preferably, the first and second anchor points 63, 113; 73, 123 strips 75, 175 are, both, close to the front end of the seat 3, in the first half of the length of the seat 3, preferably in the first third.

Advantageously, the width of the band 75, 175 is less than two centimeters in order to have a lightened structure.

The band 75, 175 may be of wire form. In this case, it is part of a self-supporting structure.
