Claims (14)

  1. Poignée de porte extérieure (10), notamment pour véhicules automobiles,
    comportant une poignée (11) en forme d »étrier, creuse au moins sur des portions, qui présente un ou deux crochets de préhension (20, 21), qui servent à fixer la poignée (11) à la porte du véhicule ;
    dans cet espace creux (16) des composants électroniques (30) peuvent être renfermés, qui présentent des lignes (31), qui peuvent être reliés à l'électronique du véhicule,
    dans laquelle la poignée (11) présente au moins une cuvette de poignée (12) approximativement en forme de U, dont l'espace (13) peut servir à renfermer les composants électroniques (30),
    ainsi qu'un diaphragme (14), qui sert à obturer l'ouverture (15) de la cuvette de poignée (12)
    et dans laquelle les composants électroniques (30) sont coulés (40) de manière étanche à l'eau dans la cuvette de poignée (12),
    caractérisée en ce que
    les lignes (31) sont reliées de manière inamovible avec un des crochets de préhension (20), notamment coulés avec ceux-ci ou moulés par injection autour de ceux-ci,
    et en ce que les lignes (31) sont guidées au moyen de ce crochet de préhension (20) à l'intérieur à travers la tôle extérieure de porte et permettent à cet endroit un contact avec l'électronique du véhicule.
  2. Poignée de porte extérieure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un des crochets (20) présente à une de ses extrémités (22) des points de raccordement (24), qui peuvent être reliés avec des points de raccordement opposés (32) des composants électroniques (30).
  3. Poignée de porte extérieure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les points de raccordement (24) et les points de raccordement opposés (32) sont brasés ou sertis les uns aux autres après le contact.
  4. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un des crochets de préhension (20) présente à son autre extrémité (23) un connecteur (25), avec lequel il peut être relié avec l'électronique du véhicule.
  5. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un des crochets de préhension (20) et la cuvette de poignée (12) sont conçus en deux parties.
  6. Poignée de porte extérieure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les points de raccordement (24) d'un des crochets (20) et les points de raccordement opposés (32) des composants électroniques (30) sont d'abord contactés les uns aux autres, puis les crochets de préhension (20) et les composants électroniques (30) sont logés comme module dans la cuvette de poignée (12).
  7. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'entre un des crochets de préhension (20) et la cuvette de poignée (12) un joint en labyrinthe (26) est réalisé.
  8. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un (20) et/ou l'autre (21) des crochets de préhension et la cuvette de poignée (12) sont conçue en un seul tenant.
  9. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les points de raccordement (24) sont conçus et disposés de telle sorte que lors de l'insertion des composants électroniques (30) dans la cuvette de poignée (12) un contact automatiquement des points de raccordement opposés (32) avec les points de raccordement (24) a lieu.
  10. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le diaphragme (14) est vissé, clipsé, encliqueté, collé, soudé ou relié de manière amovible à la cuvette de poignée (12).

  13. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'un bouton poussoir (50) est prévu sur le côté extérieur (18) de la poignée (11)
    et en ce que ce bouton poussoir (50) est monté avant l'insertion des composants électroniques (30) dans la cuvette de poignée (12).
  14. Poignée de porte extérieure selon une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les composants électroniques (30) comprennent une carte de circuit imprimé, qui est garnie de composants supplémentaires.
