The invention has for its object to improve a plug lock of the type mentioned above in terms of reliability and ease of use. In particular, the protection against unintentional opening of the plug lock should be improved.
This object is achieved by a key lock of o.g. Art solved with the features characterized in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the further claims.
In a lock of the o.g. Art it is inventively provided that the first locking mechanism is manually unsolvable after a snap between male and male part and the lock part a second manually releasable locking mechanism arranged and designed such that this second locking mechanism in a locked state, a movement of the inserted into the lock part Blocked plug relative to the lock part in the insertion direction and in an unlocked state, a movement of the plugged into the lock part plug relative to the lock part in the insertion allowed, so that the male part of the lock part by means of pushing out in the insertion direction is solvable.
This has the advantage that, despite simple production of the connection between plug-in part and lock part by simply inserting the male part in the lock part a release of the male part against the insertion is excluded under load, so that unintentional opening of the lock plug under load is effectively avoided. At the same time a release of male part and lock part, as in a padlock, provided. As a result, the novel key lock combines the advantages of a key lock, namely the quick and easy closing of the lock by plugging in the insertion, with the advantages of a padlock, namely the complete protection against loosening of male part and lock part against the direction of insertion under load, without the disadvantage the more expensive hooking, as in a padlock, to accept.
In a preferred embodiment, the first latching mechanism has at least one, in particular two, latching lugs arranged on the latching tongue, which are each pivotable about a pivot axis, wherein the latching lug is acted upon in the direction of a locking position with an elastic biasing force and from this locking position by pivoting about the respective pivot axis is resiliently deflectable against the biasing force, wherein on the lock part to each locking lug a rigid latching hook is designed and arranged such that after insertion of the male part in the lock part in each case a latching nose with an associated latching hook cooperatively produces a latching connection.
An automatic deflection of the locking lug against the elastic biasing force when inserting the male part in the lock part is achieved in that the locking lug each having an inclined surface which rises in the direction opposite to the plugging rising.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, two latching lugs are arranged on the plug-in part and two latching hooks on the latching part, wherein the two latching hooks are formed as respective U-shaped elevations on the plug-side end of the latching part.
To the plug-in part when pushing out of the lock part in the insertion sufficient clearance available, each has a leg of the U-shaped elevations a free end, wherein the legs of the U-shaped elevations are arranged with free end spaced apart such that a Distance between these legs of the U-shaped elevations is equal to or greater than a width of the latching tongue of the male part.
An insertion of the male part in the lock part without mutual tilting is achieved in that the latching tongue has a parallel to the insertion direction elevation and the lock part has a groove parallel to the insertion direction, wherein the elevation and the groove are arranged and designed such that upon insertion of the Plug-in part in the lock part engages the survey in the groove and thereby performs the male part relative to the lock part.
For automatically locking the second locking mechanism, the second locking mechanism is acted upon in the direction of the locking position with an elastic spring biasing force. Here, the second locking mechanism is such arranged and formed so that it is manually movable against the elastic spring biasing force in the unlocked state.

The
To guide the insertion of the
At the
The
According to the invention a
Thus, the only way to release the
Das Verbinden und Lösen von Schlossteil 10 und Steckteil 12 erfolgt somit mittels einer Bewegung des Steckteils relativ zum Schlossteil in dieselbe Richtung, nämlich die Einsteckrichtung 36.Overall, the plug-in lock according to the invention thus combines the advantages of a plug-in lock with rapid production of the connection between plug-in
The illustrated embodiment is merely exemplary. In an alternative embodiment, the movable locking lugs on the

- The plug-in lock as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the first latching mechanism has at least one latching nose (30) arranged on the latching tongue (14), in particular two such latching noses, and the latching nose can be pivoted in each case about a pivot pin (32), wherein the latching nose (30) is forced in the direction of a locking position by an elastic prestressing force and can be deflected in an elastically resilient manner out of this locking position by being pivoted about the respective pivot pin (32) counter to the prestressing force, and wherein a rigid latching hook (42) is designed and arranged on the lock part (10) for each latching nose (30) such that, once the plug-in part (12) has been plugged into the lock part (10), a respective latching nose (30) interacting with an associated latching hook (42) makes a latching connection.
- The plug-in lock as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the latching nose (30) has a respective oblique surface (34) which rises up in the direction counter to the plug-in direction (36).
- The plug-in lock as claimed in claim 2 or 3,
characterized in that two latching noses (30) are arranged on the plug-in part (12) and two latching hooks (42) are arranged on the lock part (10), wherein the two latching hooks are designed as respective U-shaped elevations (42) at the plug-in end (20) of the lock part (10). - The plug-in lock as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a respective leg (44) of the U-shaped elevations (42) has a free end, wherein the legs (44) of the U-shaped elevations (42) with a free end are spaced apart from one another such that a spacing between these legs (44) of the U-shaped elevations (42) is greater than or equal to a width of the latching tongue (14) of the plug-in part (12).
- The plug-in lock as claimed in at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the latching tongue (14) has an elevation (38) running parallel to the plug-in direction (36) and the lock part (10) has a groove (40) running parallel to the plug-in direction (36), wherein the elevation (38) and the groove (40) are arranged and designed such that, when the plug-in part (12) is plugged into the lock part (10), the elevation (38) engages in the groove (40) and thus guides the plug-in part (12) relative to the lock part (10).
- The plug-in lock as claimed in at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second latching mechanism (46) is forced in the direction of the locking position by an elastic spring prestressing force.
- The plug-in lock as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the second latching mechanism (46) is arranged and designed such that it can be moved manually into the unlocked state counter to the elastic spring prestressing force.
