Diverses fonctions dans des pièces d'horlogerie sont commandées par des dispositifs à poussoir. Typiquement, les fonctions de départ, d'arrêt et de remise à zéro d'une montre chronographe sont commandées par de tels dispositifs montés sur la carrure de la boîte de montre.Various functions in timepieces are controlled by push devices. Classiquement, les dispositifs de commande à poussoir comportent un tube de poussoir destiné à être fixé sur la carrure de la montre, dans une ouverture de celle-ci. Une tige de poussoir associée à une tête de poussoir est disposée à l'intérieur du tube de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans ce dernier axialement entre une position de repos et une position active à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel. La tête de poussoir comprend sur sa face dirigée vers la carrure un évidement annulaire définissant une jupe entourant une portion cylindrique centrale à laquelle est fixée la tige. La largeur de l'évidement est prévue pour recevoir à coulissement l'extrémité distale du tube de poussoir. Des joints O-ring d'étanchéité assurant une fermeture étanche du tube sont disposés du côté de la tête du poussoir entre la tige et le tube. Ce type de dispositif peut être actionné très aisément par le porteur de la pièce d'horlogerie pour solliciter la commande correspondante d'une fonction de la montre. On a constaté que l'étanchéité de ce type de poussoir n'était pas entièrement satisfaisante pour des montres de plongée. Claims (8)
- Push-button control device for a timepiece, including a push-button head (14) secured to a push-button stem (16) that is arranged to be fixed to a timepiece case, while said stem being able to move axially between at least a rest position and an active position against a return member (24) to control at least one function of said timepiece, and water-resistant sealing means (26), wherein the water-resistant sealing (26) means include a cap (28) made of flexible, water-resistant material which covers the push-button head (14) and which is arranged to be secured to the timepiece case, said cap (28) including in the area of the aperture thereof, a collar (28b) via which said cap is arranged to abut against said timepiece case; said cap being arranged so as to be held compressed against the case via the collar (28b) by means of a securing ring (30) that is arranged to be fixed directly to the timepiece case, said device being characterized in that said securing ring (30) includes a cylindrical passage (30a), through which the cap (28) projects, and at one securing lug (30b).
- Control device according to claim 1, characterized in that the push-button stem (14) passes through a guide (18) tube that is arranged to be fixed in the case and to project from said case and in that the cap (28) surrounds and covers the push-button head (14) and the part projecting from the tube.
- Control device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cap (28) has a body of generally cylindrical shape and in that the collar (28b) extends in a substantially perpendicular plane to the cylinder axis.
- Control device according to claim 3, characterized in that the collar (28b) is extended in the axial direction of the cap (28) by a circular lip (28c), which extends substantially in alignment with the body of the cap.
- Control device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said securing ring (30) includes two diametrically opposite securing lugs (30b).
- Control device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said securing ring (30) is provided with an inner shoulder (30d) defining a housing for receiving said collar (28b).
- Control device according to any of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the securing lug or lugs (30b) are arranged so as to be directly screwed onto the case.
- Control device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cap (28) is made of rubber or silicon.
