Description

The invention relates to a magnetic toy, comprising at least two game parts, wherein in each of the parts at least one magnet is arranged. Various magnetic entertainment games are known in the art.

So is in the DE 1 754 854 an entertainment game described in which two game body are provided, each having a lower part and a top. In the respective lower parts magnets are attached, upper and lower parts are rotated against each other. The magnets are rigidly anchored in the lower parts, while markings are arranged on the upper part. These take by rotation of the upper part each have a different position to the magnet.

From the Japanese patent 2002219012 A is a two-part fastening device, for example, for a necklace, known, in which a first part has a projection in which a magnet is arranged, a second part has opposite the projection on a corresponding receptacle, wherein the distance laterally from the receptacle, two further magnets are arranged. Both device halves are mutually rotatable about an axis extending through the projection, so come to close each attracting poles of the center magnet to lie directly opposite the side magnet, whereas when loosening the chain of the shutter is rotated by 180 ° to repel poles to cover bring.

The invention has for its object to provide a game of entertainment or jewelry accessory, in which by the magnets two game parts are contracted into a single part and at the same time a random display appears in at least one window.

The object is achieved in a magnetic toy according to the preamble of the main claim, characterized in that at least one of the magnets arranged in a game part can move within a predetermined space, wherein an indicator is coupled to the movable magnet. By coupling the indicator with the freely movable magnet, the indicator moves over a more or less long distance, depending on how far the respective magnets were before the joining of the two game parts from a narrowest position. It is favorable in such a magnetic game that both parts have both a movable and a fixed magnet. It is advantageous that the other magnet associated with the other movable magnet in the other game part in the magnetic effective range is fixed.

It is advantageous if the associated fixed magnet in the other game part is selectively fixed at different positions.

It is also beneficial that at least one game part to a preferred axis has a symmetrical structure, for aesthetic reasons, both game parts have an identical structure. In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that at least one game part has a mounting area with a predetermined number of positions for releasably securing the fixed magnet. Preferably, a window is arranged on at least one game part, through which at least a portion of the indicator is visible.

At least one of the game parts has a projecting area and the other game part has a corresponding recessed receiving area.

Conveniently, the predetermined space in which the movable magnet can move is formed inside the projecting portion. In this case, the specific space is advantageously formed in the shape of a cylinder. An advantageous embodiment may provide that the movable magnet and the indicator are held in the space on a turntable.

In an advantageous alternative embodiment, the fixed magnet can be held in a receptacle which allows different detents of the fixed magnet within a movement space which corresponds to the dimensions of the specific space of the associated other game part. It is favorable that the game parts are formed substantially as a flat hollow body.

It is advantageous that the game parts have at least two housing halves, which are in particular releasably assembled by means of a clamping or snap connection.

In a further advantageous embodiment it can be provided that at least on the visible side of a game part, a cover is arranged, which is at least partially transparent and / or designed as a carrier of images. The transparent region of the cover shell is preferably formed in the region of the window, whereas the area which is provided as a carrier of images is located above the window. The illustrations can be any figurative or even advertising act. If the cover shell is completely transparent, then the support surface can be designed for imaging on the game part.

It is particularly advantageous that a magnifying lens is arranged on the window. This magnifying lens is advantageously fitted in the window.

It is also favorable that the enlargement lens is arranged on the cover shell. This makes it possible to manufacture the magnifying lens as an integral part of the translucent in this area cover shell as a workpiece made of Bakelite or any transparent plastic.

It may be advantageous that the turntable is provided with a balancing weight. As a result, a slight rotation of the turntable is possible and avoids the risk of jamming or a preferred position.

It is favorable if a lifting lug is arranged in the region of the magnet. Particularly advantageous is an embodiment in which the lifting eye is guided around the area of the fixed magnet. In this case, the lifting lug can consist of a passageway through which a chain or a band can be pulled.

It is also of particular advantage that a waisting is formed between the region of the fixed magnet and the region of the movable magnet in at least one of the game parts. In this case, the waist has advantageously such a radius that at least one recessed grip is formed by the transition between the two areas.

Further advantageous embodiments and embodiments will become apparent from the following description of various embodiments.

Fig. 2b shows a view from above of a game part 2. The game part has a housing of two housing halves 17, 18. The openings to be recognized on the front side are in a suspension device.

Fig. 3 shows a section along the line AA in Fig. 2a by a game part 2. The housing half 18 defines in the illustrated embodiments in each case the outside half of the housing, whereas the housing half 17 represents the inside. In the outer side of the housing half is the window 11 and only a blind hole, which serves as a journal 22 '. The two housing halves are connected to each other via a clamping or snap connection 19. In the game part 2, a movable magnet 4 is provided, which is held in a turntable 15 in the illustrated embodiment. The turntable 15 is seated on a shaft 20 which is held in the bearings 22, 22 '. The turntable 15 has a bearing surface 21 for the indicator 6 on a substantially flat edge of the plate. The turntable is arranged in the housing so that a portion 12 of the indicator 6 through the window 11 is visible. The turntable can rotate arbitrarily in the predetermined space 5, so that depending on the rotational position, another portion 12 of the indicator 6 through the window 11 is visible. The predetermined space 5 has the shape of a cylinder in the illustrated embodiment. In the upper part of the representation of the Fig. 3 a mounting portion 10 for releasably securing the fixed magnet 7 is shown. As in particular from Fig. 4 can be seen, the mounting portion is formed rosette-shaped, wherein the fixed magnet 7 is clamped between a retaining wall 23 and a central pin 24. The rosette-shaped training creates a variety of receptacles 16, which make it possible to fix the fixed magnet 7 at different positions of the rosette.

In the housing half 17, the protruding area 13 is formed in the lower portion and a recessed receiving area 14 is formed in the upper portion. The design of the protruding area as well as the recessed receiving area are formed congruent, so that the identical game parts 2 and 3 fit together exactly, if a vortretender area 13 is to be inserted into a recessed receiving area 14, as in Fig. 1 is shown.

Es ergibt sich durch die gewählte Gestaltung eine symmetrische und harmonische FormgestaltungIn Fig. 5 is a view of a housing part accordingly Fig. 3 shown from the direction of arrow B. It results from the chosen design a symmetrical and harmonious shape design

Before further alternative embodiments are described, the operation of the magnetic toy will be explained below. The respective magnets 4 and 7 are respectively disposed in their housings so as to attract each other when they are opposed to each other in the immediate vicinity. That is, all the fixed magnets 7 have their north pole towards the recess and the movable magnets have their south pole toward the projecting area. If the reverse arrangement is chosen for the fixed magnet 7, then the movable magnet 4 is accordingly different, namely to arrange the other way around.

When the two game pieces 2 and 3 are properly stacked, the fixed magnet 7 attracts the movable magnet 4. The movable magnet 4 drives by the magnetic force on the turntable 5 until the two magnets 4 and 7 are exactly congruent superimposed. In this way, a particular image appears in the viewing window of the respective game parts 2 and 3. By opening the housing, the fixed magnet 7 can be removed from its original position and clamped in the rosette in another position.

In Fig. 6 an alternative embodiment of a game part is shown. Like elements are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment characterized. The essential difference from the previous embodiment is that the fixed and the movable magnets have exchanged their positions with respect to the protruding area and consequently also with respect to the recessed receiving area. The turntable 15 is arranged in this embodiment, under the recessed receiving area, so that the associated window 11 is formed on the side facing away from the receiving portion 14 of the game part 2. In this embodiment, the turntable only has a shaft journal 25 which is held in a bearing 26 in the housing 18.

The plate is how out Fig. 7 recognizable, which is a view from the front of the housing part 17 of the embodiment Fig. 6 from the direction of the arrow C, equipped with a rosette-shaped retaining wall 23. In the center, a retaining pin 24 is provided, so that a clamping bracket between the pin 24 and the rosette wall 23 is formed, in which the movable magnet 4 can be clamped. The retaining wall 23 is dimensioned such that only a slight gap remains between its free outer edge and the rear wall of the recessed receiving region 14. By this construction, the shaft journal 25 can not escape from the shaft bearing 26.

Like also out Fig. 7 also shown, the solid magnet 7 is received in a rosette holder, which is substantially the holder, as in Fig. 4 represented, corresponds. To stabilize the game part 2, the housing half 8 has a transverse support bar 27 which is held so wide that it also engages over the fixed magnet 7 when it is in an outer rosette position. In the retaining bar 27 recesses are provided, in which retaining pin 28 engage and additionally fix the housing in the lower area.

Fig. 8 shows a next embodiment of a magnetic toy 1, in which elements of the two above-described training examples are combined. Thus, in this embodiment, the fixed magnet 7 is arranged as in the first embodiment in the region of the receiving recess 14, and the turntable also as in the first embodiment in the region of the projection 13; However, it is the turntable made comparable as in the embodiment accordingly Fig. 6 , The embodiment of the described Turntable allows a large contact surface, since the entire plate bottom and not only the edge of the plate are available.

In the FIGS. 9-13 another embodiment is shown. For same features, the same reference numerals have been used. In Fig. 9 the further embodiment is shown in side view, wherein the game parts 2 and 3 are designed so that their outlines at the front and the back are each in a plane, so that a game part 2 and 3 both on the front, ie Visible side, as well as on their respective inner side can lie substantially flat on a surface.

The protruding region 13 and the correspondingly recessed receiving region 14 are separated from one another by an incision 34.

Fig. 10 A).That in the Fig. 9-13 illustrated embodiment has between the region of the fixed magnet 7 and the region of the movable magnet 4 in at least one of the game parts 2 and 3, a sidecut 33. The sidecut 33 is formed with a radius which is sufficiently large to form a grip recess at the transition between the two mentioned areas (see FIG. Fig. 10A) ,

In Fig. 10B is a top view of a game part according to embodiment of the Fig. 9 shown. In this view, it can be seen that the projecting region 13 is substantially cone-shaped and can enter a corresponding recess 14 of the opposite game part.

Fig. 11 zeigt eine Ansicht auf einen Querschnitt entlang der Linie A - A in Fig.10A. Fig. 11 shows a view on a cross section along the line A - A in 10A , The game part 2 is provided in this embodiment with a cover 29. The cover 29 may be completely transparent, but it may also be provided with a support surface on which a pictorial representation or product advertising can be reproduced. In the region of the window 11, a magnifying lens 30 is formed in this embodiment, which is integrally connected in the present embodiment with the cover shell. Since the cover shell 29 is preferably made of transparent material, the magnifying lens 30 may be molded in situ. The cover shell can be suitably attached to the outer housing half glued or clipped by means of a clip closure.

The magnifying lens 30 is adapted to be fitted in the window, so that it is optionally held in place even if the cover shell extends only over a portion of the game part.

In the illustrated embodiment, a carrying eye 32 is formed as a channel which is guided around the area of the fixed magnet 7. In this way one obtains a fixed loop for a band or a chain and avoids additional measures for reinforcing a holder.

So that the turntable 15 occupies no preferred position, a balancing weight 31 is arranged opposite to the magnet 4, which effects a one-sided accumulation of weight on the turntable 15. As a result, the turntable 15 is given a substantially balanced rotational behavior.

The various embodiments show that a variety of combinations of features is possible without departing from the inventive concept as expressed in claim 1.
