Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Montage von eine Schiene mit einer Schwelle eines Gleises verbindenden Schienenklemmen, bestehend aus zwei einander gegenüberliegenden und durch einen Beistellzylinder in Maschinen- bzw. Bei den bisher verwendeten Vorrichtungen bewegen sich die Anpreßorgane sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Ausbau der Schienenklemmen auf einer gemeinsamen, durch die Schwenkachse des Werkzeughebels definierten Kreisbahn. Infolge der in Gleisquerrichtung voneinander distanzierten Angriffspunkte für die Bewegung der Schienenklemme sind die idealen Kreisbahnen für beide Einsatzarten jedoch nicht ident. Die bis jetzt bekannte gemeinsame Kreisbahn stellt gewissermaßen einen unbefriedigenden Kompromiss dar. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Vorrichtung ist es nun erstmals möglich, durch wahlweise Verwendung des einen oder anderen Hebellagers die jeweils optimale Kreisbahn zur Übertragung der großen Schubkräfte einzusetzen. Die dazu nötigen Umrüstarbeiten sind einfach und erfordern nur einen geringen Zeitaufwand, da lediglich der Schwenkbolzen umzustecken ist und die Vorrichtung nicht mehr neu zentriert werden muss.In the devices used hitherto, the pressing members move both during the installation and removal of the rail clamps on a common circular path defined by the pivot axis of the tool lever. Im folgenden wird nun kurz die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung 1 beschrieben. Je nach Einsatzart werden durch manuelles Einstecken der Schwenkbolzen 17 die beiden Hebellager 11 zum Einbau bzw. die beiden Hebellager 12 zum Ausbau von Schienenklemmen 4 gebildet. Die Arretiervorrichtung 19 verhindert ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausgleiten der Schwenkbolzen 17. Die ebenfalls von der Einsatzart abhängig in Stellung gebrachten Anpreßorgane 9 (Einbau) oder 10 (Ausbau, strichpunktiert eingezeichnet) bewegen sich dabei jeweils auf einer kinematisch optimalen Kreisbahn 21 (Einbau) oder 20 (Ausbau), bei der jeweils eine optimale Anlage an die Schienen klemme 4 gesichert ist.
