Eine Druckeinheit 01 einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, weist ein erstes Paar 02 zusammen wirkender Zylinder 03; 04, z. B. einen ersten Formzylinder 03 und einen mit diesem zusammen wirkenden ersten Übertragungszylinder 04 auf. Das Paar 02 kann für alle Ausführungsbeispiele auch mit einem Farb- und/oder Feuchtwerk fest oder schaltbar mechanisch gekoppelt sein. Der Antrieb des Paares 02 ist mechanisch gekoppelt und wird während der Produktion durch einen gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor 06 angetrieben. Der Übertragungszylinder 04 des Paares 02 bildet mit einem dritten Zylinder 08 oder 09, z. B. einem Satellitenzylinder 08, z. Das Zahnrad 21 des Übertragungszylinders 04 ist direkt oder über ein Getriebe 22, z. B. ein Ritzel 22 des Antriebsmotors 06, antreibbar und bildet für das Paar 02 zusammen mit dem Zahnrad 19 einen festen Antriebsverbund 23. Auf dem Zapfen 14 des Übertragungszylinders 04 ist ein zweites Zahnrad 24 drehbar gelagert, welches jedoch mittels der schaltbaren Kupplung 12 wahlweise drehfest auf dem Zapfen 14 verbindbar ist. Dieses Zahnrad 24 greift formschlüssig in ein am Zapfen 16 bzw. 17 des dritten Zylinders 08; 09 drehfest angeordnetes Zahnrad 26 bzw. 27 ein. Der Antriebsmotor 06 ist vorzugsweise ortsfest bzgl. der Gestellwand 28, beispielsweise an einer Gehäusewand 28 oder einem eigenen Gestell, angeordnet. Ist der Zylinder 04, z. B. über eine exzentrische Lagerung, schwenkbar gelagert, so kann der Antriebsmotor 06 ebenfalls ortsfest relativ zum anzutreibenden Übertragungszylinder 04 angeordnet sein, oder die miteinander kämmenden Ritzel 22 und Zahnrad 21 sind mit ausreichendem Spiel angeordnet. Der dritte Zylinder 08; 09 ist durch Öffnen der Kupplung 12 unabhängig vom ersten Paar 02 anzuhalten oder einen nicht dargestellten weiteren Antriebsverbund bewegbar, während das Paar 02 beispielsweise zwecks Druckform- oder Gummituchwechsel, Voreinfärben oder Waschen unabhängig vom dritten Zylinder 08; 09 bewegbar, abzubremsen oder wieder zu beschleunigen ist. Bei geschlossener Kupplung 12 ist der dritte Zylinder 08; 09 mechanisch und synchron zum Paar 02 anteibbar. Claims (8)
- A printing unit which has at least one first pair (02) of a first forme cylinder (03) and a first transfer cylinder (04) as well as a second pair (47) of a second forme cylinder (49) and a second transfer cylinder (48), wherein the forme cylinder (03; 49) and the transfer cylinder (04; 48) co-operating with the said forme cylinder (03; 49) form in each case a drive assembly (23; 58) which is coupled in a fixed manner, wherein a satellite cylinder (08) co-operating with the two transfer cylinders (04; 48) has a drive motor (62), characterized in that one of the two drive assemblies (23; 58) or the two drive assemblies (23; 58) is or are capable of being coupled mechanically to the drive motor (62) or the two drive assemblies (23; 58) are capable of being released from the latter in a selective manner.
- A printing unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the forme cylinder (03, 49) and the transfer cylinder (04, 48) of the two pairs (02, 47) are coupled in a fixed manner by toothed wheels (19; 21, 53, 54) which engage with one another.
- A printing unit according to Claim 2, characterized in that the toothed wheels (19; 21, 53, 54) are connected to the forme cylinder (03, 49) and the transfer cylinder (04, 48) in a rotationally fixed manner on a pin (13; 14, 51, 52) on the said cylinders in each case.
- A printing unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first clutch (12) which is capable of being engaged and disengaged is arranged between the drive assembly (23) of the first pair (02) and the drive of the satellite cylinder (08) comprising a pin (16; 17).
- A printing unit according to Claim 4, characterized in that the first clutch (12) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the pin (16) of the satellite cylinder (08), and co-operates with a toothed wheel (24) mounted in a rotatable manner on the said pin (16) so as to fix the said toothed wheel (24) on the pin (16) in a selective manner.
- A printing unit according to Claim 5, characterized in that the toothed wheel (24) capable of being selectively fixed meshes with the toothed wheel (21) arranged on the pin (14) of the first transfer cylinder (04) in a rotationally fixed manner.
- A printing unit according to Claim 5, characterized in that the drive of the first pair (02) takes place by the drive motor (62) by way of a gear mechanism (22) to the toothed wheel (24) capable of being fixed on the pin (16) of the satellite cylinder (08) in a selective manner.
- A printing unit according to Claim 5, characterized in that the drive of the first pair (02) takes place by the drive motor (62) directly to the pin (16; 17) of the satellite cylinder (08) and by way of the toothed wheel (24) capable of being fixed on the pin in a selective manner.
