Abstract
Description
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung wird somit für einen Wechsel der Druckbildlängen wenigstens eine feste und nicht trennbare Einheit aus einem Formatteil und einer Trägerwelle ausgetauscht.
Die genannten Einheiten sind vorzugsweise als Gummituchzylinder und Plattenzylinder ausgebildet.
Die Erfindung hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass die Papierbahn beim Wechseln der Druckbildlänge nicht unterbrochen werden muss.
Die Einheit besitzt dann ein besonders geringes Gewicht, wenn die Trägerwelle hohl ausgebildet ist.

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Druckbildlängen im Offsetdruck, mit Formatteilen (6,7) mit unterschiedlichem Zylinderdurchmesser, die für einen Wechsel der Druckbildlänge austauschbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formatteile (6,7) jeweils mit einer Trägerwelle (4,5) eine Einheit (2,3) bilden, und dass diese Einheiten (2,3) bei einem Wechsel der Druckbildlänge austauschbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formatteile (6,7) jeweils untrennbar mit einer Trägerwelle (4,5) verbunden sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten (2,3) als Gummituchzylinder und/oder Plattenzylinder ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten (2,3) im Wesentlichen parallel zu ihrer Rotationsachse ausbau- und einsetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Enden der Trägerwellen (4,5) jeweils ein Drehlager (10) mit wenigstens einer äusseren Lagerschale (10a) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten (2,3) jeweils an den Enden an den Innenseiten zweier im Abstand zueinander angeordneter Lagerplatten (19,20) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Lagerplatten (19,20) jeweils innenseitig eine Haltevorrichtung (11,12) befestigt ist, in der jeweils ein Drehlager (10) einer Einheit (2,3) fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Haltevorrichtungen (11,12) eine untere Halbschale (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Haltevorrichtung (11,12) ein wegklappbares Teil (16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Trägerwelle (4,5) hohl und insbesondere hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheiten (2,3) jeweils an ihren Enden mit einer Griffmulde (9) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Einheiten (2,3) in einem Einschub (1) einer Offsetdruckmaschine vorgesehen sind.
