Description

The invention relates to a mobile device with a wheeled frame, on which a tarpaulin and a stator construction is arranged, which has at least two supports and a cross-beam, which can be erected from a compact transport state into an operating state such that the tarpaulin in and / / or can be clamped on the stand construction.

Such devices can be used, for example, for shading surfaces or as advertising or information carrier. For this purpose, the tarpaulin is clamped to the frame-like stator construction, which can be transferred for transport in a compact transport state. The size of such devices is limited both in the total area of the tarpaulin and in the maximum height of the supports, since z. B. Wind loads can often be caught only insufficient. In addition, the size of such devices is also limited by their overall weight, since there is often the demand for flexible transportable devices.

The generic German patent application DE 100 09 377 A1 describes a mobile device with a wheeled frame, on which a tarpaulin and a stand construction is arranged. The stand construction has columns and a crossbeam. In order that the tarpaulin can be transferred from a compact transport state into an operating state which passes on advertising information, the tarpaulin is clamped to the stator construction by means of an upwardly extendable hoisting gear. Means by whose use the mobile device is protected against external influences such as. Strong wind or the like. So that the stability increases and a profitable use of such a device designed only made possible, are not disclosed.

German published patent application DE 196 26 495 A1 describes a transportable simulation cinema that has been mounted on a transport vehicle. The projecting wall is clamped on reaching a destination on a stand construction. For better grip or for higher stability of the vehicle in the operating state, the use of spindles, which are supported on the ground floor, as well as struts, which form a bond over guides with the vehicle frame, proposed. Further funds that protect the projecting wall or the stand construction itself against external influences such as, for example, strong wind or the like are not provided, so that a profitable, the weather conditions defying use is not guaranteed in this mobile device.

Object of the present invention is in contrast to provide a mobile device of the type mentioned with an increased area and overall height, which is characterized by particular stability even in stronger winds and easy portability.

This object is achieved essentially by the fact that the supports have supports that extend in the operating state substantially perpendicular to the tarpaulin and attack in a frame facing the region of the supports whose height amounts to at least 5% of the total height of the supports in the operating condition , Preferably, the supports grip in a region of the supports whose height is more than 10%, in particular about 15 to 20% of the total height of the supports in the operating state. A large area of the supports is thus secured directly by the supports against tipping, so that the example occurring due to wind load stresses the stator structure can be better absorbed. The supports which extend in the operating state essentially perpendicular to the tarpaulin lie in the main load direction with a wind load acting on the tarpaulin. Of course, it is possible to provide not only two supports of the supports, which extend perpendicular to the tarpaulin, but also, for example, on both sides of each support two supports can be provided, which at an angle of preferably more than 45 ° from the plane the tarpaulin extend.

The mobile device according to the invention can be transported much easier if the supports are divided into at least two articulated sections, of which a first portion is connected to the frame, the height is between 5 and 25% of the total height of the supports in the operating condition. This lower portion is, for example, rigidly fixed to the frame, while one or more further sections, which are preferably aligned in the operating state substantially with the first section, in the transport state z. B. can be pivoted so that they extend approximately perpendicular to the first portion. In this case, according to the invention, a second section hingedly connected to the first section can be erectable by means of a hydraulic cylinder or the like between a substantially horizontal orientation in the transport state in the substantially vertical orientation in the operating state.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the supports are pivotally articulated to the supports and from an approximately parallel to the cross-beam aligned position in the transport state in the operating state pivotable. The supports must not be aligned exactly parallel to the cross-beam in the transport state, but may, for example, occupy an angle of about 30 ° to the cross-beam. Thus, the supports are space-saving on or arranged on the frame, so that the mobile device according to the invention can be easily transported.

The supports have according to a preferred embodiment, at least a first, in the vicinity of the frame connected to the support arm and a second arm which is connected at its end facing away from the support with the first arm and with its other end above the first arm with the support is connected. The ends of the arms facing away from the support can, for example, be connected to a hydraulic ram or the like, so that the mobile device can be individually adapted to the local conditions during the erection from the transport state into the operating state.

The transport of the mobile device according to the invention can be further simplified in that the cross-beam is mounted in the transport state between two supports each in the region of the first section. In the operating state, however, the cross-beam is preferably arranged substantially at the end remote from the frame end of the supports. For this purpose, the crossbeam eg. By means of a winch or the like. From the transport state in the operating state movable.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the tarpaulin is connected to tension straps, which can be suspended in the crossbeam and / or the supports. Alternatively or in addition to this, the tarpaulin can be provided with rollers or the like, so that the tarpaulin can be pulled up together with the crossbeam on the supports. The rollers slide thereby in guide rails in the supports, so that the tarpaulin firmly with the supports from the Crossbar is connected. In this way, the tarpaulin may be part of the statics of the mobile device, so that it is possible to dispense with additional stiffening elements or the like. As a result, the total weight of the mobile device can be significantly reduced. In the operating state, the tarpaulin is preferably connected to the crossbeam and the supports in such a way that the thrust forces acting in the plane of the tarpaulin can essentially be absorbed by the tarpaulin.

If the tarpaulin is substantially opaque, the mobile device can be used to shade large areas. At the same time, it is also possible to use the mobile device as a mobile screen for a cinema.

On at least one side of the tarpaulin, an information carrier may be provided. Preferably, however, an information carrier is provided on both sides of the tarpaulin. Such an information carrier can, for example, be an imprint or a coloring of the tarpaulin itself or another tarpaulin, a grid or the like. Such a separate information carrier can be hung, for example, as a printed advertising grid together with the first tarpaulin on the crossbeam, from a compressed transport state are transferred to the operating state in which the information carrier is clamped together with the first tarpaulin in the stator construction. If required, the information carrier or the tarpaulin itself can be illuminated by headlights, which are provided, for example, on the cross-beam and / or on the frame.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mobile device is associated with a wind detector and a control connected thereto, by which at least one drive for transferring the tarp or other components of the mobile device from its operating state to the transport state is controlled. In this way, the tarpaulin can be automatically retracted at a defined wind strength, for example. At a wind force from 8 Beaufort to avoid tipping over the wheeled device.

The wheeled frame of the mobile device can either be a self-propelled device, such as a truck, or a non-self-propelled device, d. H. be a trailer or the like. Preferably, the wheeled frame is a semi-trailer.

The height of the supports can be at least 10 m, in particular at least 15 m in the operating state. The tarpaulin may have an area of at least 100 m 2 , in particular at least 175 m 2 .

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of traction belts running between the two supports and / or the cross-beam and / or the frame are incorporated in the tarpaulin in a movable device of the type mentioned. The tarpaulin can be glued, welded and / or sewn to a net of drawstrings. For example. the tension straps are arranged in an approximately rectangular grid with a distance between the tension straps between 0.25 m and 1 m, in particular about 0.6 m. In order to be able to absorb even large wind loads, the tension straps preferably have a tensile load capacity of more than 10 kN, for example about 20 kN. In this way, the tarpaulin can not only carry its own weight but also absorb additional forces acting on the stator structure, so that the tarpaulin can be a component of the statics of the mobile device.

Further developments, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment and the drawing. All described and / or illustrated features alone or in any combination form the subject of the invention, regardless of their summary in the claims or their dependency.

The mobile device shown in the figures has a three-axle semi-trailer 1, which forms a frame 2 with wheels 3. On the frame 2 of the semitrailer 1, two supports 4 and 5 are arranged, which together with a cross-beam 6 form a stator construction for mounting a tarpaulin 7.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the supports 4 and 5 are each divided into two articulated sections 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b. In the transportable state of transport of the mobile device illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sections 4b and 5b are pivoted into a substantially horizontal position so that they are aligned at right angles to the sections 4a and 4b rigidly connected to the frame 2. The length of the sections 4b and 5b is dimensioned such that it corresponds approximately to the total length of the semitrailer 1. From the plan view of Fig. 2 it can be seen that the supports 4 and 5 are arranged on the frame 2 such that the sections 4b and 5b of the supports are arranged in the transport state side by side on the semi-trailer.

Between the lower portions 4a and 4b of the supports 4 and 5 in the figure, the cross-beam 6 is mounted. For this purpose, in each case a running rail 8 is formed in the supports 4 and 5, in which the provided with guide rollers 9 cross-beam 6 is movable.

5a.The sections 4b and 5b of the supports 4 and 5 are each connected via hydraulic cylinders 10 to the frame 2. In this way, the supports 4 and 5 can be transferred from the transport state shown in Figures 1 to 3 in the operating state of the mobile device shown in Figures 4 and 5. For this purpose, the hydraulic cylinders 10 are extended, so that the sections 4b and 5b of the supports rise vertically. The sections 4b and 5b of the supports are aligned approximately with the sections 4a and 5a.

Dabei gleiten die Rollen 9 der Quertraverse 6 in den Laufschienen 8 der Stützen 4 und 5.The supports 4 and 5 is associated with a cable system, via which the cross-beam 6 is suspended from support cables 11. For this purpose, a pulley 12 is arranged at the upper end of the supports 4 and 5, via which the support cable 11 connected to the cross-beam 6 is deflected. About further pulleys 13, which are arranged at the foot of the supports 4 and 5, the support cables are guided to a arranged below the frame 2 winch 14. The winch 14 is driven by a motor 15 so that the cross-beam 6 can be pulled up to the supports 4 and 5. The rollers 9 of the cross-beam 6 slide in the rails 8 of the supports 4 and 5.

The cross-beam 6 has on its side facing the frame 2 also a running rail 16, in which via guide rollers 17, the tarpaulin 7 is suspended. When pulling up the cross-beam 6 on the supports 4 and 5, consequently, the suspended on the cross-beam 6 tarpaulin 7 is pulled up to the supports 4 and 5. In this case, more guide rollers 17 of the tarpaulin 7 slide in the rails 8 of the supports 4 and 5, so that the tarpaulin 7 is clamped in the operating state of the mobile device between the supports and the cross-beam shown in Fig. 5. The tarpaulin 7 may additionally be connected at its lower edge to the frame 2, for example by means of hooks and rubber cables.

On both sides of the supports 4 and 5 are each a support 18a, 18b and 19a, 19b provided. These supports each have a lower arm 20, which is hingedly connected in the vicinity of the frame 2 with the lower portion 4a and 5a of the supports. Another arm 21 extends obliquely to the first arm 20 and is articulated in the upper region of the lower portions 4a and 5a of the supports. The arms 20 and 21 open at their ends pointing away from the supports in a hydraulic ram 22, with which the supports can be supported on a substrate. At the supports bracing cables 23 are provided, which are connected to the sections 4b and 5b of the supports.

By the articulated connection of the supports 18a, 18b, 19a, 19b with the supports 4 and 5, the supports can be pivoted in the transport state such that they, as shown in Fig. 2, approximately parallel to the Crossbar 6 are aligned. In operation, the supports are then pivoted to their position shown in Fig. 4, so that they can prevent tipping over of the mobile device even with strong wind load.

The polyester, for example, tarpaulin 7 may be printed as an information carrier or otherwise provided with a caption or images. Alternatively, it is also possible that 7 separate information carrier are arranged on one or both sides of the tarpaulin, which can be clamped together with the tarpaulin 7 with the cross-beam 6 on the supports 4 and 5. Such separate information carriers can be, for example, another tarpaulin or a grid.

The side walls of the semi-trailer 1, not shown in the figures can be painted on both sides and be folded down in the operating state to near the ground. In this way, the overall impression of a picture on a pedestal arises in the operating state.

In the illustrated embodiment, the tarpaulin 7 in the operating state has a height of about 15 m with a width of about 12 m. The total height of the mobile device is about 17.4 m with a width of about 13.6 m. The height of the first sections 4a and 5a of the supports 4 and 5 is about 15 to 25% of the total height of the supports. Since the supports 18a, 18b, 19a, 19b extend substantially over the entire height of the sections 4a and 4b, wind loads or the like can be intercepted by the supports particularly effective.
