Description

The invention relates to a Parallelgurtträger for particular track construction and tunnel construction, with two parallel belt bars and the belt bars connecting crossbars, and arranged at least in the Trägerendbereichen anchor carriages each having an anchor plate with double-sided pipe sections, wherein the anchor plates each have at least one opening for passing a rock anchor and the pipe sections are pushed onto the belt bars and can be fixed in aligned carriage position.

In mining and tunneling, it is known to realize with the help of expansion profiles an expansion, which has a concrete backfill. This concrete backfilling is regularly reinforced on the one hand with the help of lattice girders, on the other hand anchored in the mountains. The lattice girders are regularly designed as Dreigurtträger. - Irrespective of this, in mining and tunneling routes with a curved cross-section and sections of rectangular cross-section are known. In the latter case, it is a doorframe with cap and stamps made of wood or steel, wherein the hanging wall or the roof associated cap is subjected to significant bending stresses.

In the generic state of the art according to the DE 202 05 133 U1 a lattice girder for the reinforcement of concrete structures is described. In this upper chord, lower chord and the cross bars are made of plastic. The same applies to the anchor plate with associated clamping heads. For their attachment to the straps, the clamping heads and consequently the anchor plates are each adhesively bonded, for example glued, to the upper and lower straps. As a result, an adaptation to existing rock anchors and / or the route or tunnel construction is not possible.

The invention is based on the technical problem to provide such Parallelgurtträger, which is suitable for use in routes with rectangular cross-section as well as for distances with arcuate cross-section to Hangend / First-fuse and is characterized by its adaptability to already set rock anchor as well as due to its conformability to the surface in the Hangend / First area.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes in a generic Parallelgurtträger that the belt bars are designed as threaded rods and anchoring slides are fixed by means of one or both sides of the pipe sections arranged threaded nuts.

The parallel belt according to the invention can be used for the expansion of routes with right-angled cross-section and thus door stick as well as for the expansion of routes with arcuate cross-section partially on the circumference and / or in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, a hang-up / firste backup is achieved. In addition, the parallel belt according to the invention but also as a rock-breakage protection in the mountains, on embankments or in road construction is suitable. The end anchoring carriages allow an adaptation of the parallel strap according to the invention to already set rock anchors and consequently predetermined anchor distances. In addition, an anchoring but also almost anywhere within the delivery lengths of such Parallelgurtträgers is possible if over the length of the belt bars several anchor carriages are arranged.

The parallel strap according to the invention is threaded at its ends in the area of anchorage there existing anchors on already set rock anchors and anchor nuts tensile forces are generated in the belt bars, so that hangs a polygonal stress in the manner of a rope corner. Between the end anchors, which functionally inclined at doorstep removal Longitudinal axis of the parallel girder according to the invention can be set, in addition, depending on the needs of the belt length more rock anchors can be introduced at approximately equal intervals. As a result, the parallel belt carrier according to the invention, as it were, fulfills a hammock function.

Due to the design of the belt rods as threaded rods, wherein the anchoring slide from here by means of both sides of the pipe sections arranged threaded nuts are fixable, can easily be fine tuned to already set rock anchors and consequently achieve perfect alignment of Parallelgurtträgers. In addition, within the scope of the invention, however, it is also possible, as it were, to realize an endless parallel belt carrier for variable adaptation to the respective disassembly conditions. This is achieved according to the invention by a connection device for extending the Parallelgurtträgers, with a connecting plate and on both sides of the connecting plate four paired pipe sections, of which two aligned pipe sections on the one and the other side of the connecting tab for inserting threaded nuts are spaced apart by a predetermined amount, wherein the one pair of pipe sections on the threaded rods of a parallel strap and the other pair of pipe sections on the belt bars of a Parallelbeam carrier to be pushed and by means of the belt bars on one side or both sides of the pipe sections screw-threaded nuts in aligned position zug- and optionally can be clamped pressure-resistant. In tensile stress the threaded nuts are screwed only on one side of the pipe sections, with pressure-resistant clamping on both sides of the pipe sections on the belt bars in the tensile and / or pressure direction. In this way, a plurality of Parallelgurtsträgern same or different lengths can be positively connected to each other. In this case, the connecting straps can have one or more apertures to form an anchoring tab and are therefore also set up for connection to rock anchors. According to another embodiment, the connection device for extending the Parallelgurtträgers two cranked and fastened together at least in the region of their crank, for example, welded connecting rods, being provided on both sides of the connecting rods in their un-cranked areas four paired pipe sections, of which two aligned pipe sections on the one and the other connecting rod for inserting threaded nuts by a predetermined amount are distanced from each other and further wherein the one pair of pipe sections as in the previously described embodiment on the threaded rods of a Parallelgurtträgers and the other pair of pipe sections on the belt bars of a parallelbeam to be connected pushed on and by the belt bars on one side or both sides of the pipe sections of screw-threaded nuts in the aligned position zug- and optionally pressure-resistant clamped si nd. In this case, the two connecting rods can be connected to each other at their non-cranked rod ends by means of stabilizing webs, for example welded together.

Openings for the passage of rock anchors are realized between the offset and the connecting rods. In the context of the invention, moreover, it is possible to assemble three parallel belt carriers to form a three-belt carrier or four parallel belt carriers to form a four-belt carrier as well as a plurality of parallel belt carriers to form a polygon carrier. Furthermore, the parallel belt carrier according to the invention may consist of steel or plastic. In the latter case, one will use glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced plastic. This embodiment 'is also suitable for a carbon bulletproofing because such a plastic construction can easily be run over by coal winning mining machines and cut into small pieces which are easily separated from the coal in the laundry.
