Abstract

Eine Handwerkzeugmaschine weist eine Umlaufgetriebestufe mit einer Getrieberadanordnung auf, die sich am Innenzahnkranz (7) eines Hohlrades (8) abwälzt. Dem Hohlrad (8) ist eine Sicherungseinrichtung zugeordnet, die in einem das Hohlrad (8) umschließenden Lagerring (13) gelagerte Rastkugeln (15) aufweist, die durch Federkraft in Verrastungseingriff mit dem Hohlrad (8) gehalten werden. Beim Erreichen eines Abschalt-Drehmoments werden die Rastkugeln (15) vom Hohlrad (8) nach außen verdrängt, so dass sich das Hohlrad (8) verdrehen kann. Der Lagerring (13) wird von einem in axialer Richtung bewegbaren Stützring (19) umschlossen, der durch die Federkraft in axialer Richtung belastet und über eine Schrägflächenanordnung (20) gegen die Rastkugeln (15) gehalten wird. Der Stützring (19) ist von außen her verdrehbar. Die Schrägflächenanordnung (20) wird von über den Umfang verteilten, jeweils einer Rastkugel (15) zugeordneten und sich in Umfangsrichtung erstreckenden Schrägflächenbereichen (21) gebildet, innerhalb von denen sich die Schrägflächensteigung verändert. Je nach der Drehlage des Stützrings (19) liegen die Schrägflächenbereiche (21) mit anderer Steigung an den Rastkugeln (15) an, so dass sich das Abschalt-Drehmoment verstellen lässt.
