Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a signal lamp for an optical display.
Known light displays, which are equipped with light-emitting diodes, mostly have insufficient light distribution and uneven illumination, so that the display is worse than comparable illuminations with incandescent lamps. There are different types of LEDs with very different ones Illumination images. A light emitting diode with a narrow lighting angle produces a bright, sharp point illumination, but no surface illumination. A light-emitting diode with a wide lighting angle does not produce a sufficient one Brightness to meet the requirements for clear signaling suffice. It is known to be a circuit board with several light-emitting diodes bonded on to use a so-called multi LED. However, this variant is Relatively expensive and it can still be a slightly better one Illumination can be achieved. In addition, there is a great deal of warming, so that use in potentially explosive atmospheres based on the standards gem. DIN EN 50014/18/19 is restricted. It is also known Arrange normal light emitting diodes in a circle at certain intervals and to provide a luminous area with a large number of small lenses. The one there alternating light and dark zones are annoying, especially when there are symbols or characters on the illuminated surface are located. In addition, this arrangement is also expensive.
The object of the invention is a signal lamp for an optical To create ad, with simple means a high level of functionality with low operating temperature and a bright and even Illumination is achieved.
This object is achieved by the features of
Preferred refinements and developments of the invention are through characterized the features of the subclaims.
Further advantages and essential details of the invention are the following Description and the drawing can be seen in a single sectional figure in a schematic representation of a preferred embodiment shows as an example.
Ableitungen bzw. Anschlussklemmen. The indicator light according to the invention has a
In the
The end region of the
A printed
In order to achieve an even and bright illumination, at least
the hemispherical
As can be seen from the drawing, the indicator light can be switched on
Have
The
