Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Gefrieren, Tiefkühlen oder Kühlen von Kühlgut nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for freezing, freezing or cooling refrigerated goods according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei Gefriergeräten, Tiefkühlgeräten und zum Teil auch Kühlgeräten sowie Kombinationen dieser Geräte bildet sich nach längerer Betriebsdauer Eis an den kälteerzeugenden Flächen des Gerätes. Es sind bereits sogenannte "No-Frost"-Geräte bekannt, bei denen dieses Vereisen wirksam verhindert wird. Derartige Geräte sind allerdings in ihrer Herstellung wesentlich aufwendiger und daher teurer. Während des Betriebs haben diese Geräte auch einen wesentlich höheren Energieverbrauch. Dieser höhere Energieverbrauch ist einerseits hinsichtlich der Umweltverträglichkeit bedenklich. Andererseits sind hiermit höhere Betriebskosten für den Betreiber verbunden. Herkömmliche Geräte, die die zuletzt genannten Nachteile nicht aufweisen, müssen dagegen umständlich manuell abgetaut werden. Dieses Abtauen bedeutet jeweils einen vergleichsweise hohen Aufwand, sowohl bei Haushaltsgeräten für die Hausfrau oder auch bei gewerblichen Geräten für das Wartungspersonal. Die Geräte müssen üblicherweise zum Abtauen außer Betrieb gesetzt werden und die gelagerte Ware muß entnommen werden. Anschließend müssen die kälteerzeugenden Flächen über die Gefriertemperatur erwärmt werden, so daß das Eis abtaut. Das Erwärmen von Flächen wird meist durch Zuführen von Energie beschleunigt, was wiederum Kosten verursacht. Eine Erhöhung der Betriebskosten ist auch dadurch bedingt, daß anschließend das Gerät wieder auf die ursprüngliche niedrige Gefriertemperatur gebracht werden muß.In freezers, freezers and in some cases also refrigerators and combinations of these devices form after a long period of operation ice on the cryogenic surfaces of the device. Hierdurch kann für den Reinigungsschritt erheblich Energie eingespart werden. Schließlich ist das Abreinigen des Eises von der Folie, nach dem Entnehmen aus der Vorrichtung wesentlich einfacher. Hier kann einfach unter fließendem warmen Wasser oder durch mechanische Verwindung der Folie das Eis von der Oberfläche der Folie gelöst werden.There are a number of advantages associated with this solution.
