Description
The invention relates to a blister cardboard packaging for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive Components in an intrusion moisture and / or the escape of volatile components preventing execution, comprising one in itself known manner either in one piece or e.g. as a folding card Two-piece blister card as a carrier of the Blister cover made of transparent material containing packaged goods, the by at least one sealing wax film together are connected.
Blisterverpackungen sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen
seit langem bekannt (Siehe zum Beispiel EP 0 771 737 A).
Blister packs have long been known in a variety of embodiments (See, for example, EP 0 771 737 A).
Most commonly so-called tablet blister packs for tablets or capsules are commercially available, which consist of a deep-drawn blister with a plurality of receiving wells of transparent material and a back of aluminum foil. They are particularly suitable for dosage forms that are taken, for example, once or several times a day over a longer therapy period.
The removal of the drugs is done by pushing through the aluminum foil, which is brought to burst even at low pressure.
However, such packages are unsuitable for larger items to be packaged.
Also known are blister carton packs, which consist of a deep-drawn blister in the form of a size of the package sized hood made of transparent material and are equipped as a back with a box.
However, such blister carton packages are unsuitable for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components. The back of cardboard has namely a high water vapor permeability of about 10 g H 2 O / m 2 xh, so that such packaging can not effectively protect the packaged goods contained in them against external influences or loss of active ingredient during storage.
The present invention is based on the object, a Blister cardboard packaging for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture sensitive components to provide that the leakage of the volatile ingredients, in particular volatile active components, and the intrusion of substance-altering Moisture prevents. In addition, the should new packaging uncomplicated and for the production on usual Packaging devices to be suitable.
nach Anspruch 1.The solution of the task succeeds in blister cardboard packaging
according to
To solve the problem is in a Blisterkartonverpakkung of the type mentioned for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive Components proposed with the invention that between the blister card and the blister hood one for water vapor and volatile components impermeable barrier layer and on the one hand with the blister card and on the other hand with the blister cap through at least one sealed edge bag polish pressure sensitive adhesive film media-tightly connected.
By the construction according to the invention of Blisterkartonverpakkung becomes surprisingly uncomplicated and effective Way a packaging system for sensitive packaged goods with a significant protection factor for volatile and / or moisture-sensitive ingredients, which is common on an industrial scale Easy to process packaging devices.
An embodiment of the Blisterkartonverpackung sees according to the invention in that the barrier layer is a plastic film is that has a sufficient barrier function to water vapor and volatile components.
Another embodiment provides that the barrier layer an aluminum foil laminated to the blister card.
Another expedient and very economical design The invention provides that the barrier layer of an impregnation layer at least that of the blister hood facing Area of blister card with satisfactory Barrier quality against water vapor and volatile substances.
Finally, with the invention of the measure use be made that the impregnation layer a, preferably applicable in the printing process, pore-closing Cover layer of an impermeable pressure medium is.
Die Blisterkarte gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ermöglicht
vorteilhaft eine Produktpräsentation im Verkaufsregal
in hängender Weise.
Im Gegensatz zu anderen herkömmlichen Blisterverpackungen
ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Blisterkarte eine zusätzliche
Produktinformation durch Bedruckung auf der Aluminiumfolie. The blister card according to the present invention advantageously allows a product presentation on the shelf in a hanging manner.
In contrast to other conventional blister packs, the blister card according to the invention allows additional product information by printing on the aluminum foil.
